Every time we come back to here, it's such a great experience. Comfort food to the extreme. The soups and chilis that are complimentary to the meals could stand on their own, they are that good. The sandwiches, breakfasts, the chop steak, the breaded cod, hamburgers; as we go through the menu, we have yet to have a bad meal. We miss the Iowa City restaurant, so any time we can make it to Washington we love to stop in!!
Family restaurant with good food from a good cook, with efficient service & follow-up attention from those that work the booths, tables & register. Meet here with friends often for breakfast. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. The hash browns with grilled onions and melted cheese are the best! Breakfast skillets are great too . Never disappointed.
