My wife and I ate here on March 7 at noon. We found the place clean and were greeted by a friendly waitress. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would eat here again when in town.
I live in Waterloo and my GF lives in Cedar Rapids. We both love Panda Palace! The food is great, the place is clean and fresh looking, and the employees are super friendly! Absolutely our favorite restaurant!!
