If google would let me rate it zero I would not because of the food but because of the service the server never once brought silverware or napkins barley acknowledged us with only two other tables in this section you thought he would be more attentive also didn’t get the appetizer till after our meal came

My sister and I went to this Applebee's. There were a bit of a wait to get seated. The service were slow because they were understaffed. Our waitress name were Emma B. I swear I believe she was the only person working that day. This young lady was running around and doing her best to keep up with all of the orders. She was one of the most sweetest waitresses I've ever had. She never failed to smile and be nice. She was awesome!! We tipped her very well. If you happen to be seated in her area, please leave her a good tip, because she deserves it.

My partner and I usually order takeout and it’s pretty good most of the time, except tonight. Salmon was super dry, (no lemon added to help that) mashed potatoes were chunky and cold, and my well done burger was pink :(

If you have a hard time deciding where to eat based on the quality of food, customer service, and overall experience in the Cedar Valley, save yourself some time and just go to Applebee’s in Waterloo! Had the Big Clucking Chicken Sandwich, BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, and our waiter, Jay, was AWESOME, so attentive, personable, and kind! Great way to start the Holidays!! Thanks Jay!!

Our group of 7 last week, including 2 children, had an awesome waiter, and I wish I would have asked his name because his customer service skills and memorization of all our orders was exceptional along with our food & the atmosphere! Many food options & appetizers to select from with decent prices. But the service of our waiter made the overall experience top notch!

Wasn’t open on Christmas and that is very heartbreaking knowing I can’t go to Applebees with my family of 10 to enjoy our favorite restaurant. Unacceptable for even you Applebees do better.
