It was my first time ever want to try Arbyās and I went on my hour lunch break and went I tell you I had to leave because I was still waiting in line after 30 minutes and still havenāt received my food or havenāt got to pay for it yet. So I had to drive all the way back to work and didnāt even get to eat on my break or anything because all my time was sitting in line. Never will I go back there again.

This is now the second time that they refuse to take my order in the drive-through. Simply stating āwe cannot take any orders at this timeā. Then when passing the drive through window, the girl was laughing and talking with a car outside the window. Guess I was interrupting their conversation. I think Iām done with this location. Been a problem for a long time.
