They make all my smash cakes for all my first birthday clients. I’m gluten free, so I can’t comment on taste but I will say that my clients love them!! Bambino’s is reliable and so great to work with!

I ordered cookies for my open house party for my dog grooming salon Bubbles & Bows that just opened in Evansdale. I went to pick up and they were running a bit behind due to a busy day. No worries, I totally get that! They were kind enough to deliver the cookies when they were finished! The cookies themselves were so cute! A huge hit at my open house! Thank you Bambinos Bakery!

I’ve heard really great things about Bambino’s so I wanted to order a custom cake for an anniversary. I am slightly disappointed in my experience. I came in person to the store to order. The girl taking the order was young and didn’t seem informed about the products and procedures. Knowing from friends that they offered this style of cake, I ordered a sage green vintage-inspired heart shaped cake, and even referenced the images they had on their own website of it. I asked for “Happy 1st Anniversary” to be piped on. I asked the worker how much it would be and she told me she didn’t know. When I picked up the cake a couple weeks later, it was not what I asked for. It was a round cake with pearl sprinkles, flowers, and a cake topper that said “Happy Anniversary.” I didn’t mention sprinkles or flowers at all. When I told the worker who handed it off it was not right she had showed me the order slip the first girl had made and it was understandable that the decorator was not given enough information to work with. The order slip barely had anything written on it. Instead of writing that I wanted a “heart shaped vintage cake” like I said the worker wrote just the word “smallest” with a heart next to it. It was not specified that I wanted the writing on the cake to be frosting so I was given the cake topper. And I’m sure the sprinkles and flowers were just decorating choices, which is fine. It’s very clear there was a major lack of communication between the person who took my order and the person who made it, which is disappointing because I really wanted to love it. I’m not sure why I wasn’t contacted if there was any question about what I wanted, I just feel like some corners were cut with my order and that sucks. That being said, it’s still really well done and I’m sure it’ll taste great but i’m not thrilled about the experience or having to pay $55 for the wrong cake, which I still needed. In the future, I’ll probably skip coming in store to order and just use their order form on the website and write my own description; I’d like to try them out again but get the right cake.

We ordered a custom cake for an office party. The decoration was perfect and the cake was wonderful. We have done decorated sugar cookies in the past as well that were great. Highly recommend this bakery!
So, every year around our birthdays, our employer sends us a cookie. The cookie is delivered via UPS. Comes in one piece too. Well taken care of and well packaged. It always comes in a nice little box too with a Thank You card. It's a very sweet cookie but it's something I look forward to every year. The cookies are so delicious. Just wish we had a Bambinos here in Texas. Just know, people in Texas are enjoying every delicious bite of these cookies.
