There were only 4 on staff during dinner and they did an awesome job! I hope the manager sees this and gives raises to the 4 on staff at 6pm on 2/20/25. These jobs aren’t easy, customers are not always very nice and it’s not the highest paying job by any means. They were welcome and friendly and even when I asked for things they never had an attitude.

As a door dasher and part business owner I was very disappointed in the service I saw and received today. A gentleman and myself were the only 2 people in the lobby. We came inside seconds from eachother. Neither of us were greeted. We both stood and waited for about 5 minutes. As the manager came to the front and still never said a word to either of us. The guy in the lobby with me got someone's attention. He finally came and took the man's order. Still nothing said to me. Meanwhile, as I'm still waiting to be acknowledged, I am watching the manager grab the tots out of the basket with her bare hands. This was not professional at all as there was also a scooper right next to her to use. Just didn't think this place is doing things right. Do better!

More worried about metrics than customer service. Trash location wont return. Had me back up to the first window cause my food was not ready not my problem I ordered 10min prior on the app.
Added: Notice the fake corporate response from these clown even though the person a week ago had the same review as me and had the same type of problems if you want to avoid a headache avoid this location all together.

Not fast food. No one else in the drive-through. Was told it was going to be a moment to even start my order and sat for awhile. Then sat at the first window for awhile to receive my food. Definitely not a place to go on break for fast food.

If I could give negative stars I would! First everyone (and I say everyone because I could hear them say it to the people behind me) is told to wait at the first window until they wave them on which I am assuming is so there drive through times are not super long, then when you finally get to the window they are super short with you don’t ask about sauces or say much of anything except your total. The fries were hot I’ll give them credit for that the bun was burnt and the mozzarella fries cold and sauce provided with them. And to top that all off I wake up this morning with the worst stomach pain I’ve ever had and goosebumps that won’t go away unable to keep anything down. Doc says I have food poisoning and with my poor eating habits the only food I ate yesterday was yours! I use to work at this Burger King many moons ago so I know this is not how customers should be treated. Don’t worry I will not be a customer again.

I stopped at the burger King on the corner of Ansbourogh and University Avenue for my husband who resides in a nursing home. I wanted to treat him for supper. I went to the drive through and the clerk told me to pull up to the first window. There was a lady sitting there already and had been there for awhile, I finally had to tell her to go to the first window( I had been here before and they don't direct you to the right window.) She thanked me and moved on. Then they told me to stay back there at the window with no clerk, no lights, no customers inside and no line outside. After sitting there for 15 minutes I pulled up to the open window. I heard the girl inside say : she's being a b_ _ _ _.( I don't know what that was all about). The young man very reluctantly opened the window which at that point I just let him know I no longer wanted my order. They offered no apology. As far as I can tell there was no reason to have me sit back and wait. When I decided to pull up to the window it caught them by surprise because they were just leaning on the counter talking. This trash ass location I came up there for breakfast and the lady gone open the window and say we not open and she the manager that’s embarrassing Burger King needs to fix this asap she does not need to be in customer service if she can’t treat people right and have the store running when it’s supposed to

Visited BK because of the other big burger chain's foodbourne illness outbreak.

Terrible service, cashier had an attitude. Handling her phone, hiking up her pants, then our food (no utensils, just bare hands), then my card, then the next person in line's food, hiked up her pants again, gave me my card, no receipt, gave me my food. Not a hand wash or disinfection step in there once.

Got home and it wasn't even my order. No receipt, so I can't really ask for a refund either. I'll risk the listeria at the other chain before going back.
