We were the only ones in the drive through line. We ordered, and then had to wait 15 minutes for our food. What happened to Fast Food? The burger was cold, bacon was burnt. And they almost forgot our drink before we reminded them. 1 star.

For some reason they always give me the wrong frappe, but everything else is pretty good. No more getting my frappe here thoughUpdate - I have been going to this Burger King for years and I've had it with the disrespect from the new employees (specifically the older lady at window taking orders). She's almost always on the phone, with a nasty attitude and yelling at customers. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying maybe she's having a bad day and so on. I took my clients there, and they even wondered why she's always so rude and it finally dawned on me that this lady is not having "a bad day." But that she's just a negative and miserable person.IT'S A DEFINITE NO FOR ME AT THIS POINT UNTIL THERE'S A CHANGE!! I don't recommend

The bathroom was ? ? ?I didn't even wana wash my hands, let alone use the toilet. The manager on duty was loud, rude, and inconsiderate. She qas yelling at the employees while we and other customers were in the restaurant eating. I will never go back to this restaurant.

This is my current and most recent experience: I strongly urge you not to go to this location and reconsider patronizing anymore Burger Kings. Short story short- I got two whopper juniors- completely raw and uncooked, got food poisoning. Manger on duty responsible never once felt remorse and actually kicked me out of the store because he didn't like my tone (you gave me raw meat and I got sick- he blamed the machines). I filed a complaint with corporate and their initial response was to lie to me and use the opportunity to shamelessly plug their marketing saying the only thing that could be done was a few bucks in store credit but only if I downloaded the BK App. After another try they lied and said it was under investigation- it's been a month- the manager still works there and has been ever since- and after multiple emails with no replies they just up and ignored me all together. I filed a report with the BBB but turns out this location isn't even registered or accredited with the BBB, go figure. I mean this with all sincerety - DONT GO HERE!Everything Below are Past and Final Experiences/Reviews with this Location and Burger King as a Company..If you plan on going here save yourself the headache and possibly the food poisoning. Expect wait times of atleast 10-15 minutes if not longer and that's regardless of how many are in line or in the store. Last time I went I was told I couldn't even order because the woman said she was the only worker... what??.. Recently I went and the kid at the drive thru didn't wanna be bothered and when I asked about a simple question I kept getting smart a** responses and got the drive thru window slammed in my face before the idiot forgot to wait for me to drive off and the door slid back open while she ran her mouth about me and still has the audacity to come back to the window and ask what I wanted. That's just the tip of the iceberg with this place. I'd request you actually drug test the people you hire or ask if they can perform basic tasks but you are obviously more concerned with filling positions than actually worrying about what disrespectful, drug addicted, unprofessional and incompetent people are actually working in your establishments. Now as far as the much awaited chicken wraps you keep boasting about- let me make it simple for the customers, it's half of a chicken sandwich patty on a cold tortilla with some sh*t thrown in it for twice the price.

Sitting in drive thru right now watching the kitchen employee make food with no gloves, eat food while he's doing it and he's the one that was outside smoking that immediately walked in and started making food for the people in front of me no gloves no washing hands

Bathroom was dirty, staff was rude and food made us sick. Waited 30 minutes just to place an order and we were the only ones in there. They had to wait for a manager rather than ringing up the order on the other machine. When manager finally showed up smelt extremely of Marijuana.

Had to wait 15 minutes to finally order and they closed the store down for 15 minutes right after we went through. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes to get our food. They still forgot our fries. BK used to be my go to. Too bad to see it sink this low. Won't be going back

Ordered a Whopper without cheese but they put cheese on it. Even went back into restaurant once we discovered it. They made another one - with cheese again! By this time we'd spent 20 extra minutes on an order to go, so we gave up.
