I don't understand the negative reviews. My daughter and I came here for lunch. Staff was very friendly and the food came quickly and fresh. It was hot, as expected. Definitely a great experience.
Tried to go twice this week around 7 pm both times the employees sounded mad I was even there and said they could do any orders because their card reader was broken

Employees were annoyed we were there even ordering our food. If you’re not there to work, go find a different job. Next, our order wasn’t even right, which is not the first time at this establishment. They also did not provide a receipt so when I called they were not willing to help since I did not have that. We used to go here quite a bit and quite frankly this is the last strand we won’t be back and I will encourage other people to find another burger establishment. Now this place is a joke and needs to just go out of business.

Ordered breakfast. 1. Eggs on sandwich were wafer thin. 2. Sandwiches smashed. 3. 8 hash rounds in a small. 4. 9:30 am and no iced coffee. New store same subpar service. Waverly store is soooo much better.

Should be a negative button for stars I waited a half hour for food and finally after getting walked by I left with no food horrible customer service and everyone looks like there on something with how slow they move

Horrible service along with everything else. I will never step foot into this establishment again. Dirty hobo passed out in the corner. Gal, taking our order, acted annoyed like we were bothering her. Another gal kept leaving her child alone in the lobby while she disappeared in the back of the kitchen. Our whoppers were missing ingredients even though the guy making them took 10 minutes to put them together. Fries were cold and soggy. I guess it was too much work to make them fresh. The employees were die hard with saving money for the company so I have to give them that. If I had spent $10 instead of $50, then my review would be drastically different. Do not visit this place do not waste your hard earned money on this horrible place.

Look. It's not a ten dollar hamburger. It's never a hot hamburger. It's always cold patties and I mean never a hot burger. Ever. No matter what state I am in. You want real burger it's called 5 guys hamburger. Hell.. rallys is hot. McDonald's is somewhat hot only if it's busy it's hot because it's fresh but still a nasty burger. Last time I had a hot whopper is when the whopper was two dollars

We waited a good amount of time before anyone said anything in the drive thru. Once I stated the order, many of the things they didn't have. We had to get substitutes for over half the order. We waited a while at the window for our food. It was a strange experience.

I feel like they spit in everything. Their yo, what's up on the speaker is questionable. Dudes hate their job.
Every time I make the mistake of ordering here for pick up , I end up waiting after I'm told "whenever your ready" . I place my order(telling them im here for a pick up then complete silence. Same thing two or three times. I am so used to it I refuse to repeat myself or ask if anyone is there , I simply get on my phone and wait for a response. Then I wait 5 to 10 minutes and I'm told to pull to the front while the car behind me speeds away. I usually don't report these things but I'm tired of personifying these experiences so I've taken the time to leave this here for anyone else by the look of the reviews I'm not alone XD. I won't be coming back till the employees currently there (pm shift) have eventually moved on years later I might make the mistake of pulling to the drive thru.

Ordered through the app for drive thru. Went through drive thru was told I would have to pick up order inside. Why have a drive thru then? Got inside to get my order and had to get my own drink of course. Others through drive thru came in to get their items too.

This establishment isn’t only dirty, it lacks competent staff and the food quality is less than subpar. Waited for my food in lobby, watched a staff member sit on her phone while my food sat out before using all her brain power to get up to put my order into a bag. I’ve spent less time waiting in line at the DMV.
