Worker that helped us had an attitude the whole time and as we were dining in that same worker was yelling and cussing at fellow employees the whole time. When we got our food my fries were cold and half full of onion rings so there was barely any fries and I asked for no bacon on my bacon king and there was bacon on it. I usually don’t have any issues here but people working here tonight didn’t get anything right on my order. Spent $35 just for the worst experience I’ve ever had here.

What’s the point of being 24 hours. No matter what day I go, what month, as long as it’s at night “ there screen is down and they are only accepting DoorDash orders” while the employees are sitting in the parking lot with there friends. The company has turned money hungry. You’re telling me DOORDASH has you guys in that much of a chokehold to be 24 hours just for them! that’s crazy!!! the community can’t even order. If you were gonna say you’re 24 hours then be 24 hours not some hours and then the rest only on DoorDash make that clear

I wasn't expecting much because most of the time when people come to restaurants at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning they are drunk. I would not look forward to dealing with that stuff. Once again the two individuals that were working there were amazing.

6 people working behind the counter with 6 separate groups of people waiting for their orders for more than 5 minutes. One guy waiting over 15 minutes. Two managers working hard with the othwr employees wandering around. They coached the employees to apologize for the wait, not how to get moving.
Nuggets was a little undercooked STILL THE SAME WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO DOESN'T CONSIDER THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THEY'RE TOO BUSY WORRY ABOUT CLEANING UP AND CLOSING THAN TO DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. AND IT'S 8:06 P.M.. The regional manager needs to visit this Burger King on Laporte road they need to be up on a new corporate management because it's the still the same thing look at their drive-thru time look up there cook time regional manager not doing his job. The WHITE MGR WITH THE TATTOO ALL OVER HER ARMS FACE AND NECK HOW UNPROFESSIONAL OF MANGER APPEARANCE TO BE REPRESENTING BURGER KING WOW. WHERE THEY DON'T TREAT YOU RIGHT 👍🏾 you can't have it your way

I showed up on a Thursday night (tonight) at 930 i was told they were in the middle of a shift change and it would be about 15 minutes. No problem. I have time. I wait 18 minutes, pull up to the drive-through. And I'm told we'll be with you in just a moment. I sat there for 8 minutes in silence until I finally drove through, there's a car sitting at the second window with someone talking. I camw back at 10 o'clock, just trying to get my guy a rodeo burger, and there are 2 cars in the drive-through with, what looks like employees just...talking? No one's answering the drive through. And the doors are locked to the restaurant.

Ordered a whopper combo (hot off the grill with extra pickle) and a double cheeseburger combo, pickle only. Intro at drive thru was great, then lackluster when interacting with the staff. Coke and diet coke tasted absolutely awful-nubby went back in and refilled just in case it was off at drive thru. Nope, still gross-flat. One cheeseburger had no cheese, and the other had pickle and mustard. We understand it's fast food, but no one else was in line and we still had to pull around and wait. Disappointed ☹️

They didn't have my whole order in the bag, and when I went back to get it, they were rude. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be fixed, but they had plenty of time to go out side to smoke! Definitely would not go back!
