The good was hot and I got in and out fast the staff was very friendly and on top of things I'll stop there again
Usually no problems with this place but on Wendsday November 23 numerous people were upset and the staff was rude about it and they were closing earlier and shouldn’t of been
Every time I go to this location, which isn't often, the food is never fresh or even semi-fresh. It always tastes old. I only get nuggets and fries and they are always cold and gross. I've been maybe 7-8 times spread over a year and this is the worst BK in town. You're better off taking the drive to Jefferson St. This last time, a couple days ago, the man in the drive thru line was rude and food tasted like old grease as expected. I've given them a few chances thinking maybe it was a fluke but I'll avoid this BK at all costs now.
Extremely disappointed and disgusted. I bought a spicy chicken sandwich and waited over 15 minutes for it. I finally got home just to realize the chicken was completely raw! I had eaten raw chicken. I took it back and asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t because I had taken a bite out of it. At the time there were two people working with the GM not in presence. The worker had to call the GM for them not to answer to ask if he was allowed to give me a refund. I ended up feeling a refund after waiting an extra 15-20 minutes going back and forth about it. I had food poisoning for a day because of this sandwich. I’ve tried to contact corporate about it but have yet to receive a response. I have both the receipt and the picture of the sand which but apparently none of that matter.
Came in this morning the poor manager was working by herself with at least 4 cars behind me. I was debating on going to another location, but she had a confident attitude and assured me she could handle it. Food was fresh hot and served with a smile. Great job bk .
avoid at all costs. in all the months it has been openz there is consistent long waits in the drivethrough, and obviously short staffed. Also, the business operates as a day care also, because kids on counters next to the cashiers is a regular occurrence.
Every time I try to stop here there is an issue, one time they even told me they weren’t open yet in the drive though because of issues inside… today I tried to order and the first two things I asked for they were out of and then what I settled for wasn’t right and the small potatoes crowns that were supposed to be large were put in the bag upside downIf you don’t want customers that’s what you’ll get burger king
Use Caution going to this location arrived on July 20th at 2:41PM Upon being #1 in the Drive through after waiting at the Speaker was told to “Hold up” at which point waited for 21 Minutes to place my order the employees seemed out of the loop and did not understand their own ordering system after which pointed I pulled up to the 2nd window only to observe multiple Peoples walking behind the counter hanging out with employees wearing shorts and t-shirts that clearly did not work there but appeared to wanna hang out after sitting at the Window for 13 minutes a female opened the window and stared me in the eyes only for me to ask the total and her to look at a male in Shorts and a T-shirt to tell her nah. At which point I was told there were out of multiple items on my order and that they had not even started my order.I then told them I had waited over 32 mins and was not interested in proceeding with the order and was told ok and left.Do not show any patronage to this location as you can see from the reviews this Place of Business Fails on every account of being a Fast Food chain Burger King should be disappointed in this location.If 0 Stars was possible this is what they deserve
I told myself I wouldn't come back to this particular location, because I came last year with my family around November the service was terrible food was put together sloppily, so I was just over it. Then I was at hy vee and went against my better judgment and gave it a shot a complete 180. Faster service food was excellent, so it's safe to say this location on donald has turned into my go destination and as of March you guys have made me a believer. Great job bk keep up the good work.

Just stopped at BK and when we pulled up to order, we were told they aren't currently taking orders. My question, why is the drive up even staffed? Could just put up a closed sign along with the debit card only. Good grief!
Waited over 20 minutes for food. When we got it COMPLETELY MESSED UP missing our fries. Suppose to be 3 Whoppers with cheese heavy ketchup, no onions (only on 2) , pickles or tomato on all 3 got 2 without cheese all 3 without tomato, all no onions, all had no ketchup.I use to work at a Burger King so I was disappointed. They said they where out of onion rings when we originally asked for Onions rings. So we settled for fries. Staff was disappointing. Normally they are bad. Got too many nuggets it's like they didn't count them as a former employee of Burger King I was disappointed in their service today.
Food is cold more often than not, employees have been rude. Last trip the chicken nuggets were dry, cold and looked like they were cooked last week. Burger was burnt to a crisp. Zero stars is more like it.
I have an hr drive home and was really looking forward to having an iced coffee. They said they were all out and I said I was so bummed! Then 1 of their employees said, "I'll make one for her." Thank you! Thank you!
