Not sure what they are doing but I waited at the drive thru window over 5 mins before I ordered, then waited at the pick up window and was asked to pull forward and wait after paying. All of the other cars had to wait too. Been here over 20 mins now.

Horrible, been sitting in this drive through with a car in front of me for 20 minutes now and no one has said anything through the speaker and I can’t leave cause I’m blocked in. Pick it up BK or get workers that actually know how to work.

Delicious one of my best experiences at a bk. Burn my mouth almost hot and fast. Other ones need to take notes I swear their food is always cold??or just so sloppy it's ridiculous

Did an online order and paid for it, only to come to the location and find out no one was there. Why allow online orders to go through if you aren't open??? Tried calling, got nothing but busy signals or non-stop ringing. Finally got through, woman said you have to go through the app to get a refund (we were sick of waiting after 30 minutes of no progress in the drive-thu). Went to the app, no way to get a refund that we saw. Eventually had to call corporate and got the refund. If this location was having issues because someone/a group didn't show up today, they needed to turn off their online ordering! I hope anyone who neglected to show up get reprimanded appropriately!
