Unable to rate food. Price of a sandwich? And if they are observing Nat'l Coffee Day. I'm on foot. 1 direction, Takes 999 aprox steps & cross a busy intersection in this heat. Maybe closer to 6:30? 15 ringy dingys @ 5pm no answer!

Caribou is my go to coffee shop. Coffee is excellent and I order a sausage,egg and cheese biscuit. Wished they still put them on a plate not in a wrapper, but oh welll times are changing.

This Caribou has the friendliest staff. We don't live in Cedar Falls, but we babysit grandkids every few weeks. And the staff always remember me from one time to the next. That's more meaningful than anything!

I work from 9 AM to 3 PM and I tried calling before I go no one ever answers and for the past four weeks every time I’ve gone after 4 PM you have been closed. I wouldn’t have to make the trip to a whole different town to find out you were closed if you would just answer your phones earlier in the day I call 3 to 5 times when I call.
Always love coming here for coffee and the friendly service. Rhonda is amazing!

Nice, clean shop attached to a Hy-Vee market. Appeared to be only one person working to include the drive through. Service was quick. The individual wasn't unfriendly, but not friendly either. She seemed preoccupied. Coffee was marginal, not the same deliciousness I have gotten before at other Caribou stores. I still recommend Caribou and would give it another try based on previous purchases.
