Caribou is my go to coffee shop. Coffee is excellent and I order a sausage,egg and cheese biscuit. Wished they still put them on a plate not in a wrapper, but oh welll times are changing.

This Caribou has the friendliest staff. We don't live in Cedar Falls, but we babysit grandkids every few weeks. And the staff always remember me from one time to the next. That's more meaningful than anything!

I work from 9 AM to 3 PM and I tried calling before I go no one ever answers and for the past four weeks every time I’ve gone after 4 PM you have been closed. I wouldn’t have to make the trip to a whole different town to find out you were closed if you would just answer your phones earlier in the day I call 3 to 5 times when I call.

Nice, clean shop attached to a Hy-Vee market. Appeared to be only one person working to include the drive through. Service was quick. The individual wasn't unfriendly, but not friendly either. She seemed preoccupied. Coffee was marginal, not the same deliciousness I have gotten before at other Caribou stores. I still recommend Caribou and would give it another try based on previous purchases.

This is our go to for a much needed caramel latte iced coffee in the afternoon. They're consistent with friendly service and always a delicious coffee. Highly recommended for your iced coffee.

Great food and beverages. Be prepared to wait awhile if you are not there to order when they are not busy as they don't have much staff working and crafted drinks take time to make properly. It was worth the wait (as long as you have 15 to 20 minutes to spare) You have to stay on top of who ordered before you to make sure you don't grab an order that is not yours but ordered the same thing. They could benefit from getting names for orders or giving out numbers. Everyone was confused about which orders belonged to who.
