This place used to be good years ago. THIS PLACE IS NOW PURE GARBAGE! Lazy cooking, lazy staff. The Chicken is overcooked every single time because they are too lazy to regulate their food. Over cooked, over dry, horrible quality. Do not waste your money or time. Only good thing is their Potato Wedges. Everything else, GARBAGE! The owner of this place should be ashamed to have his name attached to this establishment. Fire everyone. clean house and go back to actually caring about the quality of your product or just quit. Please.

The only place I go to get my chicken dinner's and chicken gizzards. The best in the state of iowa hands down. I've been in parts of Minnesota, Missouri, Chicago and Michigan in various restaurants and none of these places come close to friying chicken as well as Chester chicken. 5 stars no doubt..
