Was greeted right away. I love the winter/Christmas decorations up. My order taker did not read my order back, and my fries were supposed to be without salt, but the order was not put in that way, so they were salted. Had my food hot and fresh within 3 minutes of placing my order. Restaurant seemed mostly clean. However, the pile of boxes and extra junk in the corner behind one of the booths was rather unprofessional. Was given a nice farewell by a team member as I left. From this one 5-minute experience, I would say overall good, but not fantastic.
Parking: Parking lot rather cramped. Especially with the drive through running along one side. Would not come during rush hour.

We were served by Bella tea today and she has such a lovely demeanor. She was so kind with us spoke with us and just was very friendly and we were very grateful for her fast and friendly service and we will definitely be back again such hot food and cold drinks and a clean, friendly atmosphere

This was the first place and first real regular food after gastric bypass in 2012. Glad that my first choice of regular food and still love them to this day.
Best fast food place in town, no question. They are quick, efficient, polite, and accurate. I have never sat in the drive thru longer than 5-8 minutes or waited for food longer than 5 minutes while inside. I really am constantly amazed by how quick they are. And the service aside, food tastes great! Always tastes fresh, the fries last longer than Mcds or BK and they have great sauce options (mix the Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce, it's way good).
Shout-out to Benjamin for always being amazing everytime I roll through! Does the job so good I make it a point to try to get in his drive thru line when I come by.

Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian for almost 15 years, I can say they need more options. Although you can get the salads without meat, it would have been nice to get the cauliflower sandwich option or a plant-based chicken sandwich option.
they always discriminate against my gluten allergy, every time they always say they can’t accommodate to me. i always have to get a manger out and fight with not only the employee but the manager too about it.
