Well unlike most I am not a big fan of fried chicken but did enjoy the chicken here. When you introduced the grilled Chicken nuggets I became hooked. Always with a side salad. This is not the first time I have had issues with the quality of the salad or food but always believe in always trying because there are always times where things and people can be off. This evening was the worst experience I have ever had. We went to the Waterloo IA location. I ordered my usual. When the oder came the nuggets were fried. Yes we all make mistakes but the attention was directed to the drive through customer now the few that dined in. Two bites into my significant other eating his meal he went to go get my order corrected and by the time he returned his meal was cold. I proceeded to ten pick apart the $5 side salad that was mostly brown and wilted. So I ended up with 1/4 of a salad. The entire time we were eating there was an employee who was sweeping the floors around the tables where people were eating. I understand the necessity of keeping an eating establishment clean but kicking up dust and bacteria whilst your patrons are trying to eat a meal is more unsanitary and that is just my opinion. By the time my significant other went to eat his cold fries they were so salty they were inedible. I like salt but I couldn't even eat them. When he went to wash the taste out of his mouth there was not even a straw brought with his meal to do so and once again back up to the counter. To some this may be nit picky but when you know you are going to spend a decent amount of hard earned money on a meal that comes with expectations. Good quality food and attentive order taking and follow up. This was a huge fail this evening. Again some may feel this is picky and as much as I enjoy your grilled nuggets and side salad I will not eat there anymore. My significant other may but I will not. So disappointed.

I just can't believe at 6 pm on Veterans Day they do not run a special for our vets....that just seems so un-American to not support them. But food and Staff was good.

The food was awesome. For a chicken sandwich, the chicken wasn't dry, it was moist and tender while crispy on the outside. The condiments were fresh and the waite staff was very polite.

Got out of the hospital today and one thing that I wanted was a Chick-fil-A grilled chicken and I couldn't have one cuz you're closed I am extremely sad 😢 and yes I know you've always been closed on Sundays 😂
