I always expect to wait to get Einstein Bagels. Today was terrible. They put out my to go order for dine in and it sat around for 10 minutes before I said something and asked for it to be remade. Next sandwich was mine again and they claimed it was for a dine in customer who had just ordered. So they give priority to dine in customers? Shortly after they were all in the back yelling at each other instead of making food. Got my food after 30 minutes of waiting and being passed up by a few dine in orders. NEVER eating here again.

I had fumbled when doing my initial rating, so the number of stars on this review is accurate. Actually, I love this Caribou coffee/Einstein bagel shop. The staff is nice, the location is convenient and I really love the French Toast bagel; wish they still had the maple cream cheese... Maybe they'll bring it back.

Service did not seem to be good at finding out what I wanted. Had to ask for even minor things that are just normal. Had to order over the noise of a vacuum that should have been done before ordering. Bagel was average coffee was good but then it's caribou nothing to mess up.

One of my favorite coffee spots because of the staff. I always get a smile and fantastic service. Coffee is always consistent and from time to time I have a bagel. Always perfect!

First time going, I drink Starbucks at least 2-3 times a day (iced caramel macchiato), I was taken back at first when I didnt see any macchiato on the menu but the manager and crew member were able to make me one that was better then the rivals I've been drinking for so long. Awesome service, and pretty speedy although the line was short. Your management has won me over I will be back daily!

Ordered coffee and bagles for two. Waited 25 minutes from the time of order until just the food was ready. The brewed coffee and cold press came another 10 minutes later, and were still wrong. I have had better service at the DMV.
