I live in Tennessee and was having some cookies delivered to my son-in-law in Waterloo and put the wrong address down for the delivery. I called the store as soon as I discovered this and spoke with Jordan. The delivery person had just left with my order and she ran out to catch them and give them the correct address. Jordan was so awesome! She went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake. This is what 5-star customer service looks like!
When calling the store to ask availability of items in stock person who answered the phone refused to answer, was short in responses and then hung up. Not a difficult question or ask, just unwillingly to check and answer a simple question.
