I live in Tennessee and was having some cookies delivered to my son-in-law in Waterloo and put the wrong address down for the delivery. I called the store as soon as I discovered this and spoke with Jordan. The delivery person had just left with my order and she ran out to catch them and give them the correct address. Jordan was so awesome! She went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake. This is what 5-star customer service looks like!
First time here. Bought several different flavors of their cookies. Everything was baked to perfection. Everyone I know that tried them absolutely loves the taste and texture. Will be back for more.
I’ve visited other Crumbl cookie stores before and love the cookies, but when I tell you the workers at this location are the absolute sweetest, I mean it. The night shift crew at this location was so helpful and kind. They helped us fix an issue in our app w/ our rewards redemption. Seriously went above and beyond!!! Will be visiting again!
