Was unable to get reward points because they don't know how to print receipts. This was after getting our order wrong. Gave us wrong size and item all together. Poor management. Take business down the road

Ice cream is great with good people. The food quality at all Dq is avg at best. I don't usually go for the food though . 7 dollars meal deal is amazing.
it said it was open but it was actually closed. next time please put CLOSED. waste of gas and time.

This DQ is old. I prefer the CF one off of highway 20. They will make your ice cream, that's all I can really say regarding that. There's never been a time I've had a complaint about that.
Hesitate to give 5 full stars because a lot of the time I come in the employees look like they want to kill themselves. They all look like high schoolers usually.
Either way, it's not enough to deter me from coming here. They have a big fridge of cakes you can look at and there is a cool little mirror where the tables are. Not sure why it's there, but it keeps me entertained while I wait the ~5 minutes for my ice cream.
Parking: Not many spots, but they're usually never occupied. No worries regarding that.
Kid-friendliness: You can send your kid to the little bendy mirror and have them be fascinated at it while they wait for their ice cream. Never let me down once.

RUDE!!
McKenzie….so she says that’s her name at the la Porte rd location.
I went in about a week ago with my grandkids. We were making an order for the 3 kids, 2 adults and orders to take home to the rest of the family. Makenzie was very rude at the drive-through pushy. No patience after each ice cream. I ordered she would say is that it? Is that it! Is that it! Very rude, fast talking and clearly annoyed, asked 5 times, Do you want anything else, I kept telling her I was not finished ordering that I had a big order. She kept saying are you done yet. I ended up driving off.
June 1st
Well this evening my husband and I went in drive-through ordered 2 cones got to the window. McKenzie told me it was $10 something. I asked her why it was so much. She said I don’t know, I just work here. I asked please tell me how much the cones are & she repeated the wrong order to me and I told her no we didn’t order a shake We ordered 2 cones, McKanzie closed the window and walked off on us. She obviously said something rude when she turned her back because everyone else inside the store looked at us. All I said was no we didn’t order a shake. Another young lady came to the window and apologized and took our order again after we already ordered at the speaker so this is my second run-in with this very rude young lady McKenzie.
I will NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
Honestly this little rude young lady does not need to be taking orders she needs to be fired!
