I already heard some horror stories about this location, and I almost didn’t go, had my sights set on Cedar City Creamery in CF, because they treat you so well.
So me and my 3 kids arrived at DQ. We parked but then noticed the sign said the inside closed at 8:30pm but drive thru was open until 9:30pm. It was probably close to 9:00pm at the time. What I did notice is another older gentleman tried opening the door, and the 4 workers inside, 3 female and one male, were pointing their fingers and laughing at him. Not a good look for DQ.
So we placed our order. 2 of the cones we asked for in a cup upside down because we were taking them to someone. I ordered my large chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. We also had a couple blizzards.
So we got to the window and started getting our ice cream. The blizzards were well below the top of the cup, which was very disappointing but I didn’t say anything. We also got the 2 cones that were in a cup. I then got my large chocolate dipped in chocolate and they put it in a cup upside down. I told the lady at the window this is not how I wanted it. She took it back and a lady in a blue shirt asked what was wrong to the lady and then I heard her say, “what’s the difference”. This upset me. I then was given my cone, but it gray had any ice cream on it. I told her I ordered a large. She then gave me a more normal looking cone. I then asked what the problem was because of the lady saying what difference does it make. She gave me a pretty rude face and would t answer my question after I spent $28 on ice cream. I sat there for a few minutes trying to get someone to talk to, but they just stood there and ignored me the whole time. I did try yelling at them before I left, but was still ignored. The most horrible service ever at a DQ. I can see why people talk about this place so badly. I will for sure let every single person I know to not go to this DQ. Apparently these youngsters don’t care about the job they do or how bad they treat people, and the owner must not care much either. Very disappointing to say the least. Avoid this DQ if you want a treat!!!!

Something needs to be done about the smart mouth little b*tches y’all put on the drive thru. Them hoes be getting smart unprovoked. This is the second time I’ve came to this drive thru and was disrespected right off the bat.

The man that waited on us at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Small sitting area . Some one probably wouldn't want to take a family with small children . There was only 4-5 small tables than a bar with couple chairs

They actually do stuff here... like... there's real people behind the counters workin the registers an everythin. They use their hands to dip the ice cream in fudge and it doesn't come of the back of a lorry or from the internet... weird. 75 out of 86.
