RUDE!!
McKenzie….so she says that’s her name at the la Porte rd location.
I went in about a week ago with my grandkids. We were making an order for the 3 kids, 2 adults and orders to take home to the rest of the family. Makenzie was very rude at the drive-through pushy. No patience after each ice cream. I ordered she would say is that it? Is that it! Is that it! Very rude, fast talking and clearly annoyed, asked 5 times, Do you want anything else, I kept telling her I was not finished ordering that I had a big order. She kept saying are you done yet. I ended up driving off.
June 1st
Well this evening my husband and I went in drive-through ordered 2 cones got to the window. McKenzie told me it was $10 something. I asked her why it was so much. She said I don’t know, I just work here. I asked please tell me how much the cones are & she repeated the wrong order to me and I told her no we didn’t order a shake We ordered 2 cones, McKanzie closed the window and walked off on us. She obviously said something rude when she turned her back because everyone else inside the store looked at us. All I said was no we didn’t order a shake. Another young lady came to the window and apologized and took our order again after we already ordered at the speaker so this is my second run-in with this very rude young lady McKenzie.
I will NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
Honestly this little rude young lady does not need to be taking orders she needs to be fired!

Went through the drive through for some ice cream tonight. The young gal sounded like she'd rather be anywhere else on earth. After listing one item, she practically interrupted us to bark "is that all?" No, my husband said, and listed the next thing and again she snapped "Is that all?" My husband and I looked at each other in astonishment. No, he said, and finished our order. She started to tell us to pull around and then said "sorry, could you repeat that? "Which thing?" my husband asked. All of it, she replied!! She was so busy interrupting us to snap "is that all" that she didn't even get any of our order!

The interior was very nice. The ice cream was very good. There was a pretty long wait to order but you have to have some sympathy because there was only one employee.

I’ve heard rumors about how bad this location is, but never thought I would see it first hand like I did. How can this place ever get any business with how rude the workers are?
Laughed and pointed at an older gentleman when he tried to open the locked lobby doors. Rude lady had comments to make when I told them I didn’t ask for my ice cream cone in a cup. She yelled that it shouldn’t make a difference. Shut the drive thru window on me and just ignored me. Spent $28 on ice cream for a horrible experience. Will gladly take my business elsewhere if that’s how you allow your workers to treat the customers. Four workers inside and everyone one of them ignored me after making snide comments in the Horrible service and rude workers. Will gladly let everyone know about this horrible experience at this place until they get their act together. So disappointing!!!!

Just be happy I’m not using one star drove 45 minutes just to find out they’re not open three hours before it says they are closed online. Do the community a favor and update your online profile. If you’re going to lie about the hours this is ridiculous.

Lady was on the phone the whole time took my payment then had to ask me again what I ordered. I’m the only one in the drive thru. Terrible service. Not worth waiting almost 10 minutes for a shake and cone.

The drive thru was a little confusing on driveway. It's one way in and no passing lane to go around if you make wrong turn in driveway. They did however make me 1 of the best blizzards I've gotten from any dairy queen I have visited. I will remember the driveway cause i will visit them again and see if the next blizzard comes close or better from the first. It's a little place but they got me bigger than any dairy queen around the area I travel.

Very poor!! Oreo blizzard had hardly any oreos and the cherry malt had hardly any cherry in it. We won’t be going back
