Service was above and beyond. My daughter fell out of her chair and dragged her food with it. Not only did they make sure she was ok, they replaced the meal at no cost. Thank you!

Delicious tenderloins!

The food was good, as always. But the restaurant itself and staff were not. There must have been a mechanical issue with the AC, so it was hot and muggy inside, so muggy the floors were wet. I asked for toppings on our scoops of ice cream three times at the register, offering to pay extra, was told I would receive, and we did not. I even asked when we picked up the ice cream and they said they would bring out, and they did not. Then later I decided I wanted a drink and waited in line to purchase a cup. When I got to the register, cash visibly in hand, the employee locked the register, walked away, and grabbed the trays off the garbage can. So we just left, will not return to the Waterloo location.

I went in after a hard day at work. I'm in town for work and I had a comp card and tried to use it. I was giving issues with the card. The only way I have to eat when I'm in town for work until my payday. The male black manager was very rude about it. I eat at Freddy's all the time. I work for the water plants and I am diabetic. I tried to explain to him this was my only way of eating. After he was very rude and loud about the situation he did accept it. But this was truly uncalled for
