Smash burgers were a bit dry. Tater tots are very seasoned if you like that. It was too much for me. The fries are string fries which was good. The milkshake was a little thicker than I’ve had but soon as it started to melt then it was better. They also give you a fat straw so that helped.

I got a kids meal because that was the only option I could find on the menu that was. Single patty. The portion was good though, just enough for me. Husband got the chili cheese dog and said it was cold. I checked the temperature and it was not hot, but not cold like a refrigerator. The dog wasn’t even in the bun, it was to the side of the bun; very sloppy.

There was no ice in the ice machine and there was a note to ask the counter for ice. That seemed dumb to me that they weren’t just proactive to let customers know at time of order that it’s broken and ask did we want ice in our cups. Because you find out when you’re filling your cup, then you need to wait again to get your ice.

I went out for Veteran's Day to see if I could get any deals leftover after the workday. Most places have specials around lunchtime or just 10% off. Freddy's pulls through with a meal voucher which just makes your day, but that's not why I'm writing.

I relayed to one of the staff around 930pm that most places won't be giving out veteran specials this late, so I was happy Freddy's had this voucher. Shortly afterwards I received two free custards and many thanks for my service. I was touched by how heartfelt the team cared for their job and for veterans.

Personally I've never been to a Freddy's before, but this first impression put other drive thrus to shame.

I will now definitely be coming back to not only this location but several Freddy's based on this behavior. Thank you to the Freddy's team for making my night.

The service was good but for $17 I guess I expected more than a dollar menu quality burger, feel like I paid $13 for cheese curds that came with a side burger and a drink,

changed review from 2 stars to 1 to reflect them coming and asking me to go to their website to fill out a contact form to put me in touch with the store, no thank you, that’s kind of the whole point of leaving a review, not so I can give you feedback on your website as well.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The custard was a sweet finish following our meal. 1st time I ate there and it definitely will bring us back for more. Staff as polite and friendly

All ingredients bunched up in a handful on one side of the BURNT sad excuse of a patty. Cheese as well, just a wet sad excuse for food while the other side is screaming for literally anything. You should shut down. Uck
