Filthy. I came in on my lunch break around 1:30, the place had 2 other people in the place, and went straight to use the restroom. Absolutely disgusting. Nobody has put the gloves on and actually cleaned a thing.

Then I ordered my food and was disrespected when I'm trying to order. Cashier sighs loudly while I'm talking as if it's too hard to push the buttons and be polite. I won't be back and honestly I'd recommend you go someplace where they will, AT LEAST, fake courtesy.

Their biscuits are so good. I'm from California and we have Carl's jr and i love their biscuits. I was so happy to learn these two are owned by the and corp.

The place is disgustingly dirty. Batjrooms are too gross to even sit on the toilet. Employees don't acknowledge customers, and they messed up our order twice and didn't apologize.

Stopped in to get food tonight. The register up front wasn’t working so we had to wait for the drive through register to be free. Then we had to yell our order over there for her to take it. Waited 30 minutes for food. Nothing. Went up and asked if it was ready and if not we wanted a refund. The lady turned around and tried to just hand us a tray of food that was sitting behind her. It wasn’t even our food. The person who the food did belong to walked up and also asked for a refund because what was on the tray was wrong and cold. Her order was 60$ ours was 30$. 90$ worth of refunds handed out and that’s just while I was standing there. Another guest was asking where his food was when we left. It did seem like the lady working the front didn’t know much and NOBODY would answer her questions or offer assistance in any way. The girl working the drive through was irritated and annoyed every time she asked a question. Again, offering her no advice or help to figure out the absolute disaster going on up front.

McDonald's is more popular because the food and service is more consistent. People like consistency. I'll take inconsistent it it gives me a chance at much better food. McDonald's is always a 3.5, while Hardee's is 2.5-5.

Dt# 149 employee tianzo was not greeted was asked what I want with an attitude was not friendly did not get a thank you acted like I was a pain to even be there and when I got to the window, she was on her phone talking about how Customer is interrupting their conversation I don’t know i’ve been coming to this Hardee’s since I was a little girl and I’m now 36 years old. I normally don’t complain but every time I come there there’s something wrong. My food’s always disgusting. My pop is always out. I don’t know why I keep coming back and then when I do decide to come back because I had a long day at work and just got off work to go get some food because you’re the only restaurant open and I get treated like I’m inconvenience to the Worker y’all need to start doing something different with your employees or just the food chain. I love the food, but your workers seriously hate their job to treat the customers like that.

I usually have low expectations for any Hardees these days, and they exceeded my low expectations. They were slow even though no one else was in line, and then brought me the wrong burger and forget my son's milk. Though I was brought the correct burger, there was no apology. I overheard other people getting the wrong food, and people in the restaurant generally looked unhappy to be there. The restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked in. I pass through town 1-2x/mo and next time I'll just stick with my usual Culvers stop, as they're awesome.
