Went through the drive through around 7 tonight and we were the only car in the parking lot. Went through the drive though and waited for the food which is no bid deal. That means it was made fresh but it wasn't cooked all the way. The fries went done and the burgers didn't taste right I was so excited to have it but so disappointed.

This is the BEST HARDEES WE HAVE EVER BREN TO!!! The manager waited on us and she was the best ever. The food was the best tasting and she even fixed me cinnamon raisin biscuits. We can't get them around our home in Nevada, so that meant so much. I never caught her name or the team members. But regardless, they were Awesome!! Food never tasted so good and hot/warm. I've been to many Hardee's on our travels, but came to Waterloo to see our granddaughter wrestle for the 1st time at Hawkeye Community and we googled Hardee's and picked the best one on Flammang Dr. Oh a Mirsije P. I advise people to avoid this location at all costs. The staff all act like it's a pain in the butt to serve any customer. On top of that the amount of food you get is not longer worth the price. In the pics I've provided is what I got vs what I ordered. Until they get all new staff and management I cannot recommend coming here.

Drive through order. Lady taking order was extremely rude. Pulled everyone around to wait for food. 4+ cars waiting for food over 10 min. Unprofessional and sub par food per usual. This location is not one you want to go to if you’re in Waterloo.
Yeesh, where do I start. No shakes when I asked. Fries and curly fries were both super soggy. They forgot the honey mustard we ordered, and the food was like gas station quality. It's something I would expect to get out of a Kwikstar for much much less.
I don't think there was anything appealing about the experience.

I have been to this Hardee’s at a half dozen times in the last 12 years and each time I go in there’s less customers and the food is getting worse. Had a monster burger and it had so much mayo on it that my hands were so covered with it. Plus each time I go there the prices are way too high for my budget

Instead of giving me a burger with no cheese they just scraped it off, bun on the bottom was hard and the burger was a mess. If I hadn't already been home I would've taken it back. Pretty ridiculous when prices have gone up so much and you still get this for $7...not impressed.
