I have been to this Hardee’s at a half dozen times in the last 12 years and each time I go in there’s less customers and the food is getting worse. Had a monster burger and it had so much mayo on it that my hands were so covered with it. Plus each time I go there the prices are way too high for my budget

Instead of giving me a burger with no cheese they just scraped it off, bun on the bottom was hard and the burger was a mess. If I hadn't already been home I would've taken it back. Pretty ridiculous when prices have gone up so much and you still get this for $7...not impressed.

Went inside to order, the management was horrible, they had orders mixed up, I stood by the counter, and nobody took our order! The manger was being rude to her employees, there was a guy sweeping right in front of us, and a younger girl there not doing much. After 5 mins of standing there I left and went across town to the other Hardees.

I was going through the drive through and I was there a couple minutes before they had opened,which I was fine about.But then when it was 6:00 the employee yelled at me and said we open in two minutes. Do NOT go here unless you want a female screaming in your ear.

we had a big order for take out and it was just what we ordered. the food was very good and looked very appetizing. the burgers weren't hanging off the buns and fries had just enough salt. we were all pleased with the food. i don't like fast food but i will go back there again. i also thought the price was pretty reasonable. there was 4 adults and it only cost $29.92. we all had enough to eat. hats off to Hardee's.

That burger tasted like that made it, let it sit in the fridge for half hour, then dumped it on the tray. Not an iota of heat in that meat. I ordered without cheese but they slapped cheese on it anyway. It was like they premade the burger earlier in the day, then grabbed it out of the fridge once it was ordered. At least the fries were warm. Service was ok, didn't wait too long for my food, but others in the store were waiting far longer, before I even got there. While most of the employees looked like they were trying to push orders out, there was this one dude who wasn't doing crap. The entire time I was there, ordering, waiting for my food, then eating. The most work I saw him do was hand someone a single burger. The rest of the time he was just standing around, not doing anything, staring at everyone else, and occasionally whip out his phone to check twitter or something. Atmosphere was sad and depressing, customers quietly waiting for their food they ordered around 30 years ago, watching employees try their best (except for the one previously mentioned). I won't be returning, I know other places where they at least serve a warm burger.

Apparently the "Big" hot Ham 'n Cheese has less than 3.8 oz. of ham on it. Wonder what the "regular" is like. Probably doesn't show up in pics.

Tried to order coffee and cinnamon rolls at 11:00 am and was told they don't serve coffee after breakfast. I think that is poor customer service and won't be back, especially when I'm told "I would have to make a pot" by the waitress. I certainly wouldn't her to go to any actual work for me.

We ordered on the app so we could get one of their specials. The people behind the counter didn't get what we sent through the app, so we had to wait to get our meal and once we got our meal, the burgers were cold. I love Hardee's. I really do, I love their Mushroom and Swiss. I love the Frisco burger too. But technology sometimes doesn't work, and you gotta stay on top of it. Otherwise, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. No one intended.

Idk what they delivered but it's not what I ordered... no one answers when I call... corporate says it'll be days before I hear back from them... so im just out the money and still have to find a way to cook what my kids wanted since I'm missing crap... like really? You take my points AND don't give me the food I ordered AND don't answer? This is why the parking lot is always so empty, should have known better. ? I'll order IHOP breakfast next time, at least they give me all my food and answer when they mess up.

Buns were hard. Meat was burnt! Never going back! Wife ordered a fristo burger and got a regular bun sandwich and took it back to the worker and I watched the worker take the sandwich that my wife touched and put it back on the shelf to sell it!!!

Very rude the manger seems to be on some type of substance. She is also very rude to the other employees. And not helping anyone. Very slow waiting 30 min for food and not very busy
