from most of fast food restaurants, Carl's junior/Hardee's , is one of my favorites, the hamburgers tastes so fresh accompanied with crispy fries are superb, the only thing they don't have is Chipotle ketchup, with this ketchup fries are just delicious and I also. add to the order an apple pie, so my lunch was divine, everything was was really fast . the super star. hamburger was great as always and fries the. Perfect combo . I came from AZ to live here to be with my daughter and. grandson, in AZ Carl's junior give you the option to order crispy onion rings instead of fries, unfortunately here in manchester city Iowa location they don't participate with that option.. aww. the ones in AZ are big and crispy. so I ordered fries with my hamburger and I enjoyed my lunch so good. i placed my order online an when I get into this location my order was ready for pickup . now I understand why the name of fast food.. my order was ready in less than 15 min. after devoured my lunch. the afternoon felt so nice an good..mm-mmmm:)

Went through the drivethrough. Ordered a hot ham and cheese, small order of fries and a sprite. The sandwich was soggy and looked like it had been sat on. About 3/4 of an inch thick. I got curly fries instead of regular fries which I had not ordered. Took two bites of the sandwich and through the whole meal away. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Went through the drive through around 7 tonight and we were the only car in the parking lot. Went through the drive though and waited for the food which is no bid deal. That means it was made fresh but it wasn't cooked all the way. The fries went done and the burgers didn't taste right I was so excited to have it but so disappointed.

This is the BEST HARDEES WE HAVE EVER BREN TO!!! The manager waited on us and she was the best ever. The food was the best tasting and she even fixed me cinnamon raisin biscuits. We can't get them around our home in Nevada, so that meant so much. I never caught her name or the team members. But regardless, they were Awesome!! Food never tasted so good and hot/warm. I've been to many Hardee's on our travels, but came to Waterloo to see our granddaughter wrestle for the 1st time at Hawkeye Community and we googled Hardee's and picked the best one on Flammang Dr. Oh a Mirsije P. I advise people to avoid this location at all costs. The staff all act like it's a pain in the butt to serve any customer. On top of that the amount of food you get is not longer worth the price. In the pics I've provided is what I got vs what I ordered. Until they get all new staff and management I cannot recommend coming here.
