We walked in and right away felt judged from the hostess and was very unfriendly. Had to pay upfront and we had to get our own cups and silverware. The food was slimy and greasy, my friend had to spit out a raw dumpling and he had some of the dessert and that was disgusting. I was taking little bites off of things just to see if it was actually cooked or not. Some of the stuff wasn’t. This place felt very depressing and dark and we felt packed in like sardines next to other costumers and they were only 6 others there. This place needs a visit from the health inspector and needs to be shut down

I don't even know where to start. We walk in and you have to pay up front and there is paper signs telling you what to do everywhere. Then they see everyone in this little area all together instead of using the whole restaurant. Then you have to get your own cup silverware and drink from behind a waitress station. Then I had raw dumplings, I had a cream puff that I'm pretty sure is older than I am and smell more sour than sour candy I've never had to spit out food before it in my life but here I had to spit it out and got to the point where I couldn't eat anything. It ruined Asian food for me forever. Someone needs to call the health inspector or something to this place is terrible will not return!!;

Monday Vibe, very low-key around 5pm. Greeter/hostess was flat... But as I stated, it was a very low-key vibe... I liked the lighting, options for booth or table was available, plenty room to have privacy if needed. The food was hot, looking very fresh. The buffet was stocked. The bathroom was clean and smelt clean ?? Price was reasonable, 2 adults under 35 bucks. Yes, I would return for a second time... Possibly on a different day just to see how the vibe is.... ?

Very little sushi and no hibachi contrary to the name of the business! Food was ok at dinner time on a Friday evening, was relatively busy but food was not very fresh. Men’s restroom was clean at sink area but very unpleasant in the business area! Would not poop here again! Wife said women’s restroom was fine.

The tall Asian lady at cashier was very rude and has no manners at all. They charged $3.99 for soup (to-go) and when I asked for a bag she gave me that look and did not give me an extra bag for soup! The restaurant was dark and depressing enough but the lady’s customer service was terrible. I will never return again!

It was terrible we took an hour to come here and there were 2 employees the price was terrible for how low quality the food was. The shrimp was small and still had poop in it. It feels like a run down apartment ? and just don't come here at ALL it was 47.05 FO 4 PEOPLE.
The Asian lady hostess / Manager was not very inviting or welcoming. She seemed very stern, strict, serious. We arrived for lunch and didn't notice but they started putting out dinner items and she rushed over to make sure we could READ the signs "Dinner Only"! How degrading! ? The building is old, worn and not well taken care of. The Sushi Bar was made into "Storage". We go to the popular Hibatchi SUSHI Buffet for the fresh Sushi, good atmosphere and service! This location is FAR from other locations and does not deserve the name!

Definitely a restaurant in steep decline. In spite of the name, there is no "Hibachi." Further, the "sushi" selection is minimal. The other food is ok. There is no service whatsoever (except for showing you to your table).
Finally, the restaurant is dark and depressing. I don't give it long to live.

Wow...Not good at all. You have to pay first, get your own drink and silverware. Had buffet and the Mongolian Beef was piping cold....from a STEAM table. With cold food from a STEAM table, food poisoning should be in my future. Egg drop soup was worst I've ever had. Maybe the worst buffet I've ever had.
