Way overzealous security guard. I came in with my shopping bag after I had just picked up my mail from Staples. I usually have big boxes mailed to me at a paid mailbox.
I thought I would pick up some groceries. So I was shopping and I wanted to look for soy milk in individual packs. I like them because they are shelf, stable and individual.
The security guard saw me there with groceries in my cart. And I had my shopping bag with me. It's a very obvious shopping bag. It's not a backpack. I kept it on my shoulder and put my groceries in my cart. He rushed up to me and was looming over me. Demanding that I tell him what I need assistance with because I am obviously not allowed to browse. Because his nature was aggressive, I was very concerned and confused. I'm a fifty two year old woman grandmother.And I work almost eighty hours a week as a truck driver.. When I asked him why he would approach me that way, he put his hand on his gun. And he was very aggressive, telling me that he could throw me out of the store.And I didn't understand why he was so aggressive appearing. I offered for him to take my bag, which just had my mail in it. He took it and then he took it to the customer service counter. When I went to pick up my bag, the customer service representative demanded that I show my driver's license to match my name to the mail in the bag when there were no other items in that bag besides mail items. If it had been a backpack, would they have searched my backpack? She only had to open the bag because it didn't have a seal on the top and she could see there was mail items in it.
Despicable treatment. I don't know why I was treated so badly here.

Wanted to get a money order. No one was on site that could do it. Lame, no manager, no one! Should have a sign on the door alerting to this, better yet train people to do the job!!!!

No helpful smiles. I didn't grab a cart and got dinner for 4 at Chinese. No bags provided. Went to market grille and they refused to give me a bag (couldn't carry 8 containers without a cart or bag). Had to run and get a cart. Self-checkouts leave much to be desired.
