I have ordered from this location for years. I have never had an issue. I received my order yesterday and literally had to look for the meat because I could only taste bread. The portion sizes have decreased drastically. I spent $24 on a meal that I could have gotten elsewhere for a lot cheaper. I am very disappointed.

Very slow service, which is odd because there's never more than 3 customers including myself. Don't know if it's a staffing problem but the 'freaky fast' slogan does not apply to this location. Deliveries are hit or miss, they don't ever seem to have drivers which is a shame. Quality is sometimes and issue, I've had brown lettuce, or rock solid bread before.

Just dont. This used to be really great. I would guess there has been management changes and poor hiring decisions. We ordered food that took over an hour to arrive. When we did get it the sandwiche, they had been made and out for an hour and a half. Im fine with a wait, I can be understanding of that, it happens for lots of reasons. Them knowingly giving us food that had gone that long prepared and unrefrigerated... that's not okay. To be fair I did report it in a survey and they offered us credit for the meals, but the problem was the unsafe food handling practices. They made no remarks at all to that. I cant eat at a place where keeping food unrefrigerated for over an hour and serving it is normalized behavior. Be better, you used to be so it can be done.

Dine in...good to go, Delivery freaky slow. Delivery orders in my experience aren't of the same quality as dine in ones. Sandwiches have looked like they just sloppily threw meat on some bread and rolled in in the wrapper. I received one that had more meat hanging outside the bread then on it. Now I understand the lunch hour is a very busy time for a shop like this. The delivery times have ranged from an expected 30 minutes to a frustrating 2 hours. I now opt to drive all the way there vs delivery if I'm on any type of schedule. Still love the Sandwiches but prefer to drive in.
