I ordered a sub for delivery today and there were issues in the delivery process. When I called to check the progress, the woman I spoke on the phone with both times was very kind and respectful. She handled and corrected the mistake with my best interest in mind and was very professional with the entire situation. The food tasted great as well. Thank you!!!

The food here is always hit or miss. The only good thing is when they mess up I usually call and they fix it. Tonight I ordered 3 subs and a fountain dr. pepper and they must of been out of driver so they sent it through Uber which took an hour to get to us. Then my pop was was a root beer instead of Dr. Pepper and our bread was hard. By the time my food was delivered the location was closed. Smh

I ordered two sandwiches, but two out of three were incorrect. I asked for a turkey unwich without tomatoes due to my allergy, but they added tomatoes anyway. I also ordered a chicken unwich, and instead, they gave me a veggie unwich. I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll return to this location again.

20 minutes later and the mentally challenged cashier can't seem to make THREE simple sandwiches......it must suck being slow in the head & also working a minimum wage job

Whoever is making sandwiches tonight needs retrained. It’s giving.. not fresh or anything like any sandwich I’ve ever had from Jimmy Johns before.

Can I just saw this location is always AMAZING to work with! I submitted an online order a few days early, and then about 15 minutes before my event on the day of I realized I had entered the wrong delivery date. I called this location and they were able to update the date and have my order to me ALL WITHIN 15 MINUTES! JJ really is freaky fast and has GREAT customer service!

The bread was nice and soft, though there were hardly any toppings on the sandwich. I have stopped at this location several times on my way to work. This 1 time was disappointed.

Ordered food today at work and when it was finally delivered after being notified 20 mins prior that it was out for delivery, it was the wrong food! Now waiting for delivery driver to return with the correct food.

Good food but takes a long time to have it delivered. Not worth ordering delivery from this location.
