We visited today and ordered a bucket with all the sides, and everything was exceptional. The chicken was perfectly fresh—straight from the roaster—and the gravy and biscuits were outstanding. This spot truly impressed us, and it’s definitely a place we’ll be returning to!

Highly not recommended! Dirty, rude and aggressive environment, unsafe and not family oriented. Shameful how the staff has ran the once old time favorite place into the ground!

Worst experience at KFC ever. Chicken tenders, wedges, and 3 piece chicken were extremely dry... when recieving order. I asked if tenders were supposed to look like that. Worker said yes. Obviously not. These were Obviously left over from earlier in the day. Only mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw was fresh... my biscuit was hard as a rock.

Workers(2) were very unfriendly. Spent most of the time sitting at a table in dining area instead of actually making fresh food.

If this is how they allow their business to be ran. I have no interest in ever returning. I used to patronize this location multible times a week(a few yrs ago). Sad that this is where it's at now.

Have never been so disappointed in a meal. Chicken tenders were tiny, dry, overcooked and look like they are days old. Biscuit was so stale it crumbled.

It is just so unfortunate that I called ahead to tell them that I was going to be ordering a 14 piece drum and thigh combo (calls were at 5:38 pm and 5:48 pm on 08/12/2025). I thought I would do them the courtesy of letting them know that I was going to be ordering from them so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the drive through for 30+ minutes.
I’ve done this before in the past and it had worked. But unfortunately the worker was acting aggressive. I called a second time and asked for a manger who told me that they do not have a 14pc deal. I politely explained to him the situation about how I have a coupon and how I was just giving him the courtesy that I would be ordering the food.
Unfortunately, he was very defensive and it simply did not work out.
I will not be back until the workers and management are courteous and under control. I am very disappointed.

Never again will I get food from there my sandwich wasn't even correct I asked for spicy an it was a regular chicken sandwich I also asked for no pickles an it had pickles. They lucky I don't have a way there id throw it at them. They said u have to bring it back. Ok if I had a way I wouldn't of door dashed it

We placed a large order. They told us it would take 30-40 minutes, but they had it completed in 20 minutes. They also checked to see what else we needed and were very friendly. Clean location. Fresh, hot food.
