Very disappointed. Went to this location at 5pm today. Wanted a 12 pc crispy and was told 20 mins (at dinner with an empty restaurant) no problem. I asked if I could make 5 of them wings. I was told no. I asked even if was willingly to wait and she refused saying it wasn’t possible. As a previous KFC manager of 10 years, I’ve never told a paying customer no to their preference if willingly to wait. I know it took a little extra work but it was possible and to be told flat out no is disappointing. I called the University location and the manager there had no problem honoring my request. Found my new location. Even if it is 20 mins out of my way.

I received nothing even close to my order, then when I got a chance to speak to the manager, as requested, I was cussed at for not receiving my order lol!! How is that even my fault? I asked for tenders and Mac and cheese. I got mashed potatoes, gravy, and bone in legs with honey sauce. Never again will I come here LMAO. What a joke. The manager I spoke to is even worse than the mess ups of the order. Making customers feel better about a mess of an establishment is even a mess at this KFC. Forget about the chicken lmao. This places needs an ENTIRE RENOVATION!!

This location sucks. Not sure why I am leaving this review since nobody in-house cares. Avoid Kimball and Ridgeway location at all cost. You simply don't need the aggrevation. Chicken at this location isn't worth the hassle. Eventually it will close

Service was horrible. I was trying to choose what drink I wanted and the girl on drive thru was singing Jepordy tune. The 3 pc meal I ordered a breast, thigh and leg and instead they gave me 2 thighs and a leg. Horrible service!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
