Hello everyone just an update. Just tried to go there and get a pizza and the place is closed down .

Shout out to the the guy in the front***ordered a slices and sticks pizza and he told me right around 25 min, some how they lost my order and i was waiting for an hour.....he asked what my order was again and got it put in right away ...but having seen how busy they were just within that hour I was there, kuddos to him cuz he was hustlin just to get everyone's orders out.Also to management, if possible, could we get a couple more chairs?

Ordered pizza on Saturday online, waited the 20mins it said it would take to cook drove all the way there for the doors to be locked a gentleman inside said I’ll get a refund and walked away, I understand life happens and you can get short staffed or short on supplies but if people are placing online orders, you should respectfully call them and tell them that they’re not getting their order. I had kids at home waiting to eat dinner that had to wait a whole extra hour after this, so we could go find food somewhere else. I also wasn’t given a receipt stating I’ll be getting a refund since the gentleman wouldn’t unlock the door so now I have to call today to see if I’ll even be getting a refund because I’ve been charged $30 for food we never got the option of picking up…. Very bad customer service to say the least!

The person who helped me spoke so low that I couldn't even understand him and he didn't give me what I asked for! Terrible service! As for the food, it's still great as in all little Caesars!

Walk in carry out, wanted TV special pepperoni/sausage but couldn’t have, it has to be ordered online. Price didn’t matter, order a thin crust pepperoni/sausage, got it home and I had a cheese pizza! I called to ask why she gave me cheese when I ordered pepperoni/sausage, silence, then umm.Then I hung up! The pizza was good, the service sucked ?.

Love the pizza. Hot and fresh. Try it sometime. You won't be disappointed.
One manager handling customers, boxing & cutting while calling out orders and training. New staff with less than 3 shifts worked and still filling orders with speed and execution. Pay all of them more so they'll stay.

I ordered pizza from the app and it was ready BEFORE the time I was given. Even with a lobby full of people! The man working the front with glasses on February 9th needs a MASSIVE raise!! He was so nice and was working so hard. He was the QUICKEST worker I have ever seen, and I work in a restaurant!!
