Outlaw steak was great. 20 oz. with steamed broccoli and baked potato. I split this dinner with my daughter. Had plenty to eat.

Went through 5 settings of silverware before getting a clean set. No sense of urgency for anything. Had to send a medium steak back for the well done ordered and it took 15 extra minutes. I cook and it doesn't take that long to cook to well. Re train staff to communicate what is happening. Won't recommend and won't go back

Drinks are good! Got a 12oz ribeye that was thinner than a price of paper. Not bad tho but I'd rather drive 10 min. To get a thick steak for the same price.

Less than welcoming. It was 1:30 on a Thursday. Not busy. Had 4 servers see us standing and waiting to be greeted. Never had a "Hello" or a "Just a moment please". Looked to have more than enough staff on hand. There were two bartenders just standing and talking as they glanced towards us. (They had 1 person at the bar) We left after 15 minutes and went to Perkins down the road and were greeted upon entering.

Came here about a year ago and everyone agreed the food was so salty it was almost inedible. Thought we’d give it an other chance today due to having a gift card. Can confirm - food is still SO salty! We all had leftovers and didn’t have any desire to take them home. As far as service - there was a spare chair next to our table so we put our coats on it. Host Caiden (sp) said he needed the chair, handed us the coats and knocked over my drink. Ignored us while we scrambled to clean it up. Kicker was that the table he stole the chair for put it right back where it was when they arrived. Now I’m the one that’s salty. Never coming here again!

Kind of expensive but the service was outstanding. It waitress was great. Was getting busy but she stayed pleasant and always came to check on us. Which makes a great waitress. Everything was really good. Mango Margarita was perfect. The Salmon was good but the rice was salty to me but they replaced it with something else. I really have nothing bad to say. It was a wonderful place to dine
Closed due to weather, meanwhile Texas Roadhouse is open! I guess Texas Roadhouse really is family - SAD!

My daughter and I decided to go to Longhorn Steakhouse today for lunch. Our server B was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. Made our day to see such a friendly face. The food was hot and fresh and service was spot on. Food arrived in a short amount of time and the food was great! Atmosphere was very good. Portions were generous. We had plenty of leftovers.😊 We will definitely be back.
LongHorn is a great restaurant with room for improvement. I personally like just about everything there. I can't stress enough how important it is for the food to be hot and service to be good, regardless of how busy it might be. The restaurant is usually busy, which requires every square foot of the restaurant to be utilized for seating. However, that makes me feel crammed with very little room to relax for dinner. Every time I go to LongHorn or many other restaurants, that seems to stand out to me the most. The server was very polite, at times felt "overwhelmed" with handling the whole process.
