We got the pizza the cinni dough and the cheese bread it was awesome! The cinni bread desert was delicious! Pizza and cheese sticks were amazing! The staff is excellent and they Rock ! They're Great! Highly recommend. Thanks

Normally we don't have any issues and everything tastes great but today whoever made the pizza did not care. My Hawaiian pizza had only toppings on one side and was very soggy. Very disappointed.

I don’t care too much for chain pizza, as an NYC pizza nerd, yet this place is OKAY. It’s hit or miss with the management if anything is wrong with your order. Over a year ago one I called to explain my order was wrong, and as I used to work in pizza places…she was NOT right to do nothing & threatened to ban me from ordering lol. Well I ordered a heart pizza for my husband the other night from out of state, & the person who got the order called to find out if I wanted it cut since she saw it was a surprise. That was pretty nice of her & the food must have been good as my husband ate 1/2! We won’t be ordering from here anymore as we are moving, yet I would at least give them a try! They DO have the healthiest ingredients in a chain pizza place there, yet prices could be better & when someone has an order issue, you comp pizzas or something not threaten to ban someone.

I ordered delivery and got a sandwich that was paper thin, missing everything extra and even looks like they sprinkled moz. Cheese used for pizza's instead of sliced provolone. Couldnt even add mayo. I got money back right away but I will never order from this location again. The sandwich order and the sandwich i got both pictured. Marcos pizza in waterloo lost me tonight.
Update: I order from here all the time and its not always perfect but its the best tasting pizza Ive had around. But just to get a more plain sandwich then advertised and not get all my extras i paid a decent amount for(not complaining about the price because I pay it every time) and not get a single thing.....crazy.

Food is delicious if staff makes it right and gets you all your add ons. They are rude, don’t first in first out their products and cut corners instead of pizzas.

Marco’s Pizza delivers with their triple pepperoni pizza deal—it’s absolutely fantastic. Greasy and indulgent, it’s one of the best pepperoni pizzas I’ve ever had. Just pace yourself—more than two slices might be a challenge! For pepperoni fans, this well-priced pie is a must-try.
Been a customer for years. Last few delivery experiences were a huge fail! Many other places to order from, will never order out for delivery from this establishment again.

Waited 10 minutes to be given my pizza that was on the rack the whole time. When asked if i could get my pizza please. Was told by employee to hold on. Evidently she thought watching the unhappy other customers wrong remade pizza would make it cook faster. Will never order pizza from this place again

I used to like marcos, but it has become overpriced. They cheat you out of toppings by making the edge of the crust so thick, that it's literally half the slice of the pizza. I have never seen so much crust on other company's pizzas. its obvious what they are doing. Then they have the audacity to charge you new york prices.

Ordered pizza for a specific time, it's going on 2 hrs past the time I wanted it. Can't get anyone on the phone. Just a recording. Tracking says the pizza hasn't even been picked up?

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and it was gross. Way too much sauce. Puddles of grease on the top of the pizza. When you picked up a piece the whole toppings just slid off. Thin flimsy pizza dough with big crust.
