Found A hair in my food

Had a bunch of hair I'm my bigmac one time I went with my grandma after the movies, another time had a person who transfer who argued with us and took them a hole hour to get 2 quarter pounder with cheese meal then the employee went to give us the meal and ripped the bag in half and started yelling at us. Fries are always cold for some reason, I've also heard a lot of horrible things about staff and management from previous workers.

Ordered Black coffee and found a French Fries in my cup. When I brought it to their attention apparently the manager said I gave you the wrong cup!!!! A reminder to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!

Definitely a consistently slow McDonald's. One day I had a DT mobile order and went inside instead of the drive through because there were 10+ cars in line. They refused to just hand it to me and told me I had to go through the line and it couldn't be changed (weird policy, not their fault but still). Another time I pulled up to pick up my mobile coffee order at 7:30am and the doors were locked and said they were closed due to short staffing, yet there were 2 employees vaping outside the door and said they couldn't get my order for me so I had to go through the app to be refunded. The employee then opened the door with a key and went in, so it wasn't an issue with getting in the building.
Some employees are really kind, others aren't. Some days you get right through the line, but many days you are waiting 10+ minutes before even moving forward in line. The Soifer Family has some great locations but unfortunately this is not one of them.

Me and my husband went there today get food and he ordered a big Mac with extra big Mac sauce and they didn't put meat on his sandwich so just to waste our time we had to turn back around to get his sandwich remade never going here again learn how to train your employees to make sandwiches correctly
