Sat outside 20 minutes waiting on my food. Had to go inside to get my food card order little blonde head, girl, and drive-through rude as hell. Tells me why you could cancel your order when I asked where my order was cause I had to go to work.

Ordered a Big Mac with no pickle and add bacon. I leave and get home to find my Big Mac has pickle on and no bacon ( which I had to pay for). Called the store three times until I got an answer. Manager wanted me to come back and get it remade but at this point I’m already 15 minutes away, and that was the only option I was given no refund. The staff there has no idea what they’re doing half the time. The drive-through line takes 20 minutes average I would avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.

We are traveling and showed up at the drive thru at 9:30pm Saturday. The guy at the pay window wasn’t real friendly and the only words he spoke was our total. We ordered 2 Big Macs and both the burgers on each sandwich were on top of each other and then the two other buns were on top of each other under all the other ingredients/burgers. Very strange. And no napkins were given with our meals. Hopefully they’ll be better for the next customers.

Every time I come to this one, the order takers are just rude, and they at first will ignore you, or they rush you. Then after you get your food, something is always made incorrectly, or something is missing. I stopped going to this one all the time because I was just tired of it.

We were served. By Antonia who pleasantly greeted us with us early in the morning. Kind, considerate and helpful. It was nice to see someone enjoy their work experience. Hope I have the correct MacDonalds (near crossroads). Recently decorated facility.. so neat and clean!

They always make u pull ahead or into a parking spot over a single meal or a cheese burger. It's supposed to be fast food and it very much so is not. Will not be visiting again.
