I ordered a #7 and I also ordered a LG mocha iced coffee. When I got home I pulled out the hot picante sauces and one was extremely dirty and disgusting. It looks as though this sauce packet had been on the ground for quite some time and then picked up and placed back in the storage container to hand out to customers. My Mocha was not mixed whatsoever and it was just a plain coffee with chocolate syrup on the bottom. They also put whip cream on it even though an iced coffee does not come with whip cream. Extremely unpleasant and unsanitary experience.

Went through the drive through, waited awhile to be spoken to. Asked for a large sweet tea and two large waters to start with, said they didn’t have sweet tea. Then ordered a small shake with two large waters and they said they don’t do large waters only small? Honestly worst Mcdonald’s i’ve been to, receiving my food wasn’t bad but the drive through experience was and the workers don’t seem to care. Was abt to find a different mcdonald’s.

Mc Donald’s is supposed to be known for it’s fast service, but wow - this Mc Donald’s needs some serious work or something because I should not have to wait 15 minutes in line for an ice cream. I’ve had issues here before, so I would just recommend grabbing food somewhere else.

Fries were room tempature at best..fries have obviously been sitting there for awhile.. called and they asked if I wanted to come back and get different ones but fries at places that go through as much fries as mcdonalds does shouldn't be this cold and stale

While the food is fine (I mean it's McDonald's) the service was lacking and the restraunt itself is a pit. When our food was dropped off at our table my son and I said thank you and were ignored and treated as if we weren't even here. The floor and table tops in this particular McDonald's are atrocious. There are frys napkins and stickyness everywhere. Yuck 🤮. Glad I don't have to poop because I can only imagine what state the restrooms are in.

My experience wat great and the hospitality was amazing the pool and beach access easy.we didn't have a car you step out for free trolly rides to and from the hotel. My family first time there and enjoyed every minute. not to expensive.will return in july.ty for making our stay comfortable from the housekeeper and working staff. The place is amazing.

Worst service ever! They took 3 orders from the right drive through lane before the left lane advanced. Then another 3 from the right. It really sucks to be in the left lane!!! Terrible management to let this happen!
