It’s very rare that I eat fast food and the one time I wanna come through and get a meal it’s an absolute mess. It’s always a mess on Logan Avenue.
I ordered a number 7….2 cheeseburgers a fry and a Coke. She charges me I go to the window. She hand me a tiny little bag with one cheeseburger in it. I said I ordered the whole meal. She got her manager. I told her I ordered a number seven the whole meal . She said she was sorry to pull ahead. They would get it out to me. They give it to me I drive away. It’s one cheeseburger one fry. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Like why is this so difficult? It’s just frustrating.

I placed a delievery order for 2 Large Hot teas and when we got order they were not large size i called the store to explain what was wrong that i thought we got smalls and the lady manager said i think they were mediums not smalls ok thats not what we ordered obivously this place doesnt care bout reading orders they dont care if you get the right stuff or not

I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times they always give out cold fries, and the crew never put all of your items that you order in your bag I have speaked to manger she is kind and very helpful🫶
They go through a lot of different workers. And two mangers have terrible attitudes and they fired a good manager,there customer service isn't good at all..and they never give enough fries and they make there sandwiches very sloppy and there too expensive

Place smells like pot. You can hear the employees yelling cuss words throughout the store. Horrible service sat in drive thru lane for 5 minutes while cars pasted in the other so I moved to the other lane just to be told to hold even though I was the only one in the drive through. Waited another 5 minutes in that lane! Just to be treated rudely. Horrible service!! Never go there

We ordered through the app, and they double charged my card. I am still waiting for my refund. It took over 6 hours to get refunded for their mistake. This location is the closest to our home, so we order from Logan Ave. McDonald's regularly, but they take quite a while to get orders out, and all too often, our order is messed up, and we are usually home by the time we notice it. Ideally, I would check the order while I was still there before leaving, but I feel rude holding other people up, so we usually just go. We almost always use the app, and they almost always get our orders wrong. But, we kept going back despite many wrong orders, but a half hour plus of being on the phone over being double charged for the same order and still not being refunded. We will take our business elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous to be charged twice for the same meal and not immediately refunded upon them being made aware of their error. Zero stars ought to be an option. I recommend going to Culver's instead.
