My fiance went to go get us our food that I ordered over 10 minutes before they closed they refused to make our order laughed at him they are open till 11 they should be making food up until they close. Horrible customer service and the whole group should be fired. I work at Culver's and we would be in big trouble if we turned things off way before our closing time. They also should be finishing their closing after they close. Horrible. McDonald's you need a better crew.

Actually I was surprised. The gal at the front counter was super super nice and everyone in the back was super nice. I would definitely recommend eating at this McDonald's it's clean the bathrooms are clean the staff are friendly!

They were kind of rude but the food was great, love their fries! The service was inappropriate, they were cold towards us & when we asked about senior discount,they told us it was only on our drinks & we should have said something before they added it all up. The fries were cooked just right & had the right amount of salt on them. Prices were good. We had the Big Mac meal & 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, Double Cheese Burgers & Dr. Pepper for our drinks. Kids loved their Chicken Nuggets they said they were good & soft not hard like before

TLDR Version: don’t come here if you’re expecting it to actually be quick or have normal McDonald’s quality food, because neither of those things are true for this location.
Don’t come here if you’re expecting FAST FOOD to be fast. We came to the drive thru with one car in the opposite lane whose order was already being taken. We proceeded to sit there with no one ever saying anything to us, to the point where we tried reversing and pulling forward again. Still nothing. Two cars pulled into the other lane and they started taking their order and continued to ignore us. We finally got a “one minute” which turned into many minutes as they took both other cars orders and never said anything to us. When we finally got to order we were cut off halfway through our order with the cashier trying to rush us through, which is an absolutely insane way to treat people who waited at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged.
After ordering, it took at least another 6+ minutes to get our food, which we’re both 99% sure was handed to the car in front of us as they had to hand a bag back and give the employee their receipt to get the correct order. We were looking forward to finally getting to eat and get back on the road for our trip, only to find out the food was just as disappointing as everything else. Fries had absolutely no salt and the sandwiches looked like they’d been smooshed, and they were missing toppings. I’ve never written a review for anywhere before, but I genuinely don’t want anyone being on a trip like us stopping here expecting it to not add 20+ minutes to their trip with bad food and bad service.

The woman that took my order was rude and very impatient. Order a large meal they gave me a medium no straw. Way under cooked burger almost still frozen in the middle the chicken nuggets were also cool. I was the only one in the drive thru I don’t understand what the rush was. 11/3/25

This is one of the nicer McDonald's I have seen in a while. The outside landscaping was nicely done walks were nice and clear and the indoor play area is HUGE .

Walked in and went straight to self order cause no one was at the front, all the tables and all the floor was dirty had to ask for a wet rag to clean one of the tables, one of the employees cleaned our table just one and left all the others the same so we just took the food to go.

Placed a mobile curbside order 10 minutes before arriving. After arriving, I waited at the curbside spot for 15 minutes, watching several people who ordered after I arrived get their food before me. I was on my way walking in to speak with someone when a worker began to bring the order out. Waited all that time for cold fries, a warm burger, but at least the nuggets were great.
Visited this location on 9/14/25, and one of your female staff members was walking around in a sports bra top and no head wear while working with food, which is against the states food preparation laws. Also might want to look into the music that this location allows the staff to blast while customers are in the lobby. Hearing the N word every other word and having to explain that it’s an inappropriate word to my 6 year old is extremely ridiculous.
