My 17-year-old son purchased a Quarter Pounder today from the McDonald’s on Logan Avenue in Waterloo, Iowa. When he bit into the sandwich, the meat was raw in the middle.

He brought it to the manager’s attention and asked for a refund, but the manager refused and only offered to make another patty. Serving undercooked food is a serious health concern, and the situation should have been handled more appropriately.

If my son becomes ill within the next 24 hours from consuming this undercooked burger, I will be contacting a lawyer to pursue legal action for any medical expenses and other damages that may result. I hope this matter is taken seriously so this does not happen to another customer.

Had some out of towners comment they went to this store January 29 around 7 am and it looked closed despite seeing people in the store. I was at the nearby hospital. That's was supposed to be one of the reasons this particular store was built in the first place . Do better

I thought elk run mcdonalds was full of cocky little kids. Logan has changed my mind. They billed me for the wrong meal (Mine was less expensive) attempted to give me someone else's food. Then when I asked they make sure to check that the happy meal has a plain burger for my daughter they got an attitude. No napkins or straws large fry half filled. Won't be returning

My fiance went to go get us our food that I ordered over 10 minutes before they closed they refused to make our order laughed at him they are open till 11 they should be making food up until they close. Horrible customer service and the whole group should be fired. I work at Culver's and we would be in big trouble if we turned things off way before our closing time. They also should be finishing their closing after they close. Horrible. McDonald's you need a better crew.

Actually I was surprised. The gal at the front counter was super super nice and everyone in the back was super nice. I would definitely recommend eating at this McDonald's it's clean the bathrooms are clean the staff are friendly!

They were kind of rude but the food was great, love their fries!
The service was inappropriate, they were cold towards us & when we asked about senior discount,they told us it was only on our drinks & we should have said something before they added it all up.
The fries were cooked just right & had the right amount of salt on them.
Prices were good.
We had the Big Mac meal & 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, Double Cheese Burgers & Dr. Pepper for our drinks.
Kids loved their Chicken Nuggets they said they were good & soft not hard like before
