I was visiting Waterloo to visit some family and I was browsing yelp and saw this 5 star reviewed bar. Me and the whole family went down and oh my it was the best experience in a bar I have ever had. The owner of the bar was luckily working while I visited. He is the nicest and down to earth person I have ever met. 5/5 best drinks also!!!

Well well well I had a great time at On The Rocks! 10/10 experience. However what made this experience amazing wasn't just the quality drinks and service, It was Patrick. Patrick's (owner) hospitality really boosted the overall atmosphere. He made me feel at home and welcomed. I felt so comfortable in fact comfortable enough to shoot my shot at a new bird! Sadly she wasn't interested. While being bummed out Patrick approached me and gave me a free Dakari on the house! I was overall a happy camper! Patrick is such a great, sexy, and magnificent owner. I recommend On The Rocks to anyone looking for love and great hospitality!
