Worst experience ever!!! Manager was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered there. Usually I have had another person I deal with working as the manager. Today was a different lady that claims to have 9 years there. When I ordered the guy and the manager were rude. I tried talking to them about my order, and they cut me off and just asked again what I want on it. Couldn’t look at me or anything when speaking to me. Very rude the way they talked. Then the manager blamed me when she made the burrito wrong. This happened two times that she messed up. Then I asked if another manager was working because she knows my order. Again, the manager was very rude, said the other manager isn’t working without looking at me. She would not listen to me at all. The manager started to say something about that other manager, but then wouldn’t respond when I asked what she said. When I went to pay, I was talking to the cashier. I told her since we don’t get much on our burritos, that they usually put a little more on them to make it worth a $10 burrito. The rude manager again said the other manager isn’t working. The rude manager then said something, and I asked what she said. The rude manager said I am not talking to you. She then came over and told the cashier to charge us extra, and then got aggressive with me before I even got my order after paying, saying I needed to leave. The other workers seemed to act like this is how she acts because the store was busy. So I guess it’s ok to be rude because you have to do your job. I told her I would be contacting corporate about this. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated at this location. And I love when the customer has something to say, instead of the manager being able to deal with the situation, she just gets aggressive and tells you to leave. Hopefully corporate knows this is how they treat customers.

I feel like we're back to how panch used to be. Food and service was back to being great.

Best Pancheros in the cedar valley (significantly better than Cedar Falls). Service was friendly and quick. Food was good!

Leanne, Roy, Matti and Jeff were very friendly and gave us great service. We enjoyed chatting with them while in line. Food was great too.

Vegetarian options: Rice, beans and fresh sautéed vegetables. You can easily make a bowl burrito or salad.

Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: I brought my grandson and selections for him were perfect, and he was thrilled

Very clean restaurant with great food! LeaAnne is such a sweetheart she did so well making my quesadilla and made me laugh so hard I almost cried. Great job pancheros!
