I love panda. I'm still giving it 5 stars because of how much I love the sesame chicken with green beans. But I'm not very happy that the Waterloo location does not have the apple pie rolls. :(

This place is just not for me. I have eaten here twice now. The first time was fairly decent. The second time, the meat was very dry and tasted old. You only get a few bites of meat and then just rice. If you love just eating rice, then this place is for you. I will not be back anytime soon.

Love Panda Express... hate this location. Expect super long wait times, bland tasting food and extra small servings.
Just drive to Cedar Falls location. Better food and service.

I was seriously shocked by the excellent customer service we received at this Panda Express. I’m talking Chick-fil-A-level customer service! Every time you walk in, you’re greeted immediately, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Plus, the food is great! This location really stands out, and I’ll definitely be back.

Pretty good.

Ordered food online recently, checked the receipt everything was right. Got home and opened everything up and instead of egg rolls we had Crab Rangoon. in leu of egg rolls my girlfriend decided what the heck and ate the crab Rangoon she is now very sick to her stomach. The rest of the meal was fine I guess

I’ve been coming here off and on for years now.
EVERY TIME I go here, the workers are respectful and hard at work.
I would highly recommend Panda Express if you want consistent quality food and service.
