I had a very hard day at work and decided to treat myself to some yummy Panera bread and did not disappoint, The young lady up front was super helpful and the staff were quick to bring up my order, Waterloo Panera Bread you are a success!

Took my mom here for the Pick 2, soup & sandwich. We eat here often. Good food, fast and dependable. She had the chicken noodle soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. I had the black bean soup with the Chipotle Avocado chicken sandwich. Both were excellent!

Bathroom needs attention.
Salad seems a little short on lettuce and blt bacon not built on the bread, it’s just lumped on and not spread out.
Very tasty though. Eating outside and a beautiful day!

If I could give it a negative… I would. Eat at home. I would rather hit a deer on the highway and eat it raw. The service was suspect , the food was unusual and I have gotten a few degrees dumber from talking to the young lady at the drive thru. God help us all. God bless America

Just popped in for a cinnamon crunch bagel.. yummmm.
I wouldn't waste money on the chicken and noodle soup here. It's mostly broth. Hardly any chicken or noodles. This particular store was out of chips and cookies. The person taking the order is hardly ever friendly. Not fond of having to pay for a tip over someone taking an order. I feel like this particular Panera has gone in the last year.

Paid almost $8 for a half bowl of mostly broth. The chicken noodle soup had a few small pieces of chicken and a couple of chunks of carrots. When I asked for a full bowl, I was told that the half bowl -amounting to about a cup- is considered a full bowl. Due to dietary restrictions that was the singular item on the menu that I can eat. I left hungry. And Panera lost a customer forever.
