This was a terrible experience at the Waterloo Panera bread. I had to go back twice and they clearly did not know how to prepare a balsamic salad. I gave up and called corporate and they were no help either. They lost my business for sure, since they were not willing to make it right.

Awful. Joined sip club this week. Today tried to get a fountain soda. Waited over 5 minutes for my cup then the fountain machine wasn't working. Staff member's only explanation was "yeah we're not doing pop machine" you can try tea, green tea or lemonade. Unpleasant experience all around. Panera has gone done hill over the last few years.

Tell me why I’ve been maddd excited to try these new ciabatta dipper thing and I asked for the peppers and onions on the side I got none I didn’t get the dip sauce I only got a half sandwich and they gave me like no meat and my cheese was lowkey burnt I couldn’t taste no garlic aïoli nothing and didn’t even notice till I got home imma be goin in and complaining tomorrow im big momma pregnant and was highly unsatisfied.

I don't leave a ton of reviews but when I do it's usually because I've had more than two bad experiences. Every time that I go to this particular Panera bread they always forget something. Either it's the chicken on the salad. Or no salad dressing. Or just missing an item all together.. but then again I guess you have to check your order every single time unfortunately...

We just stopped in for coffee, but ended up getting a bagel. Their Walnut honey cream cheese was really tasty.
Wheelchair accessibility: Right by the front door and several spaces available.
Took over ten minutes to place my order cause the kiosk was slow and standing at the counter for five minutes got me ignored. Super disappointing considering there were multiple managers there that were also ignoring customers. I absolutely hate this location. In app ordering was turned off so I couldn’t order ahead either. If you’re not gonna let me order online so I don’t have to deal with this they could at least have the decency to take my order.
