Papa Johns Pizza

I just wanted to write a review for employee Kelis, she helped me over the phone with an order. I am going through a lot personally and the online app was frustrating me so I just called the store, and her kindness and compassion expressed over the phone was such a light. She used patience and grace to help me get the order right for my friends. It may have been an ordinary task for her at work, but the way she went about it naturally really made a difference to me.

I ordered like have other times. I drive truck I'm parked at the address I gave them the delivery driver says she can't find me in a empty parking lot all by myself gave them my truck #, color and company. 1hr later still no pizza.so i called and was told they can't deliver to a truck for some reason they wouldn't give. I've don't this before without any problems. So if you drive truck and want a pizza don't use papa Johns. No offer to reduce the price or anything.

Ordered Pizza as I have in the past from here. Tonight it's Half Cooked, talk to Manager and there's No Replacement, No Sorry, No Nothing besides Next Time Order It Well Done.. Isn't that what it should be to begin with!??

Wanted to switch out the garlic sauce for cheese sauce. Even though they are the same price if you buy them, they said I'd have to purchase the cheese sauce. Would not switch.

So they forgot our sauces the delivery driver brought them back and put his 10.00 tip back in they won’t give me his name but much love brother they don’t have very many people like that thanks bro but imma get ya back

Worst papa John’s around (I love papa John’s), 95% of the time I get shit service and they turned down my $50 bill most recently with no other way to pay. They suggested I go to local Kwik star which also did not take it. I came back and was able to find enough change to pay, which then I received a dirty look. And then could not buy any sauces which I wanted.

Ordered pizzas to be picked up. The online did not offer me carryout option. Went thru phone service. Asked for 4 garlic sauces 1 spicy garlic. They guy placing order switched it to 4 spicy garlics and this is after he repeated order which he said 4 regular garlic and 1 spicy. He offered us special for 6.99 of garlic parmesian chicken wings. I said yes and double cook the wings. He put it in as garlic parmesian bites and than they still gave me garlic knots. Now we didn't notice this last night because my husband left for work and I just put them in fridge. Today he took them out and asked if I ordered garlic knots instead of wings. I called today to talk with manager and she said "that's the customer service line all we can do as a store is say sorry" and she told me we got the garlic parmesian chicken bites. I went looked at the items and there was no bites, no chicken no meat. It was garlic knots. So save your money and time go elsewhere.

Called to order pizzas and at the end of the order I tried to add another large pizza to my order and upgrade my other pizza to a stuffed crust. However, I was told that I can't add a pizza unless I want to pay another delivery fee and I couldn't add stuffed crust because although I hadn't concluded my order they had already placed my pizza in the oven. Poor service and the lady was not aware of how to deal with the current situation.
