Got 2 large pizzas and both had raw dough not even close to being cooked, not good.

Was excited to have some Papa Johns pizza. Every other time I have had its been really good. We got our pizza and the dough at the center of the pizza was raw still. Service was great employees were very nice.

The food is great, not just because of the pizza chain itself, but because of the quality that this location dishes out. There hasn't been a time when I've been disappointed in what they have given me. As for service, this location can be on the slower side sometimes, with many or even fewer people on the clock, but if the food comes out as advertised, then that's not really important to me, at least. The workers there currently are all great people. As for the atmosphere, for a pizza chain, it's comfortable, but there's not much to say; you just walk in and then walk out with your pizza. The vibes are good and well. A great Papa John's location that keeps its place clean.

Very disappointing! They messed up my order, asked us fo wait 10mins and it ended up being 30mins. And the service was not even the best. Wasted our time! Go to Cedar falls. Avoid this one!

I’m an NYC pizza snob so any chains aren’t my favorite, yet it’s good, was hot, correct, made on time, the price was great for stuffed crust, and I would order here again! Would love to see cream cheese as a topping & margarita pizzas one day. Would recommend.

Picked up my order and saw an employee that was handling the dough wipe his forearm on his nose. Without stopping to wash his forearm, he started to handle more dough and I interrupted him to inform him to wash first. He didn't even know why I mentioned this to him and when I informed him what he did, he just defensively said that it was just an itch. Then he continued back to handling the dough. Now I understand that the pizza dough gets thrown back and forth on hairy arms to shape it but when a food handler does an unsanitary act that could jeopardize the health of hundreds of innocent people and brazenly ignores the proper procedure to correct that, it is beyond unacceptable. Also the woman who was completing my order had heard what I said and just had a cold attitude after that.

Incredibly fast service! They have yet to give us a poorly made pizza or bad driver service. Polite delivery drivers, polite phone service-- one of only two pizza places I will order from, and even with the value of their deals, would choose to order from them even if their deals were absent. A great deal on a large pizza. I call in my order they always answer fast...great friendly customer service. David the manager is really on it to make sure everything is right!

Tonight. I had the best experience I've ever had with the pizza delivery placde. So it's 12:30 AM and there's cops everywhere in my neighborhood they're looking for a suspect that had ran from them. We didn't know that until a cop literally stopped and talked to us. I had went out thinking that 1 of my neighbor's houses or something was on fire.Because of the amount of sirens I was hearing. I was literally standing outside trying to figure out what was going on. He Happened to just pull up and at park across the street and down the street at a neighbor's house. Because he didn't know if he could even get to me. I was in the process of calling the store to tell them to cancel my order. Because I didn't know if they could get to me under the circumstances. And he walked the 2 or 3 houses down to me. Asked me my address with such-and-such and I said yep it is, and he's like. This is crazy with what's going on and he was super sweet. I gave him a great tip. He was awesome. They went way over and beyond. He could have just stopped when he's seen the first 2 or 3 cops, but there are literally probably 30 cops 40 cops in my neighborhood right now he still brought and attempted to get it to me. My driver name goes by Zee or Z He was Awesome! Thank you so much. I literally have been baking for like 6 hours for some funraiser stuff and all I wanted was hot food that I didn't have to cook youm have no idea how much you made my night.I even called his store and told the manager about how awesome he was doing what he did especially under those circumstances. Even personally mentioned i kno the manager Zach and please let him know what Zee did as well.
