My favorite pizza place...I actually ordered take out and had the wrong pizza inside but the tag on the outside was correct. I called when I got home and ended up driving back to get the correct pizza. I figured they would have offered something for a future visit.

We got our food delivered and paid in the store since I work next to the building. The person got to my house and had an attitude with my wife and then left the pizzas in the door step and then had to go back cause they forgot the pop and come back to yet again it being left in the door step but this time they drove off so fast they left tire marks in my ally. Pizza was cold and all. Never ordering from them again, either learn how to communicate with your staff or don’t have them taking the orders. Thanks.

I ordered 2 pizzas and one cheese bread box. After my family and I stand there for 20 minutes the bonehead at the counter hands me one pizza and insists that I never told her about 2. Even though my receipt clearly had shown I was charged for both. Called the manager after I left and was greeted by an equally confused coworker that did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. Won’t ever be coming back. Thanks for nothing.

This place is a fraud! Ordered a pizza for delivery, could hardly understand the person taking my order. Got my credit card info and the call got dropped. I tried calling back numerous times = no answer! At this time I don't even know if a pizza is coming or not. Well NO ITS NOT COMING, BUT YOU GOT CHARGED FOR IT!!!YOU ALSO GOT CHARGED FOR YOUR $5.00 TIP!Ridiculous!!!Never getting my business again or anybody I know.

Been very disappointed last couple times with papa johns. Took almost two hours to get my pizza, it was cold, and expensive. The person taking my order couldn't barely speak English, and the manager was very rude the time before this when I tried to double check prices. Pizza used to be good, it's hard and blah

Absolute Nightmare! The pizza took over a half hour after the predicted pick-up time to be completed. When it was finished, I saw one of the employees grab my garlic knots with his bare hands! He then explained he just washed his hands; I said this was ridiculous. He then offered to remake them; however, I had been waiting long enough don't bother remaking them. He said then fine, don't ever come back when I walked out; how rude! We, unfortunately, didn't get to eat the garlic knots and lost out on that; it was just absolutely absurd service and mediocre pizza.
