My daughter called 2 weeks ago to ask if the cast of Rainbow Fish could make a reservation to eat after their opening night performance. She was told they could and asked to call to confirm the number the day before. When she called with that number, she was told they could not come. Such poor communication between management and staff that left many families disappointed and not wanting to patronize Perkins in the future.

Said the store was open 24 hours. I went there around 3:30 am . And they were closed.
If you say you are open 24 hours a day then be open 24 hours a day. Made me waste my time and gas.

I have service by Lindsey and she was a phenomenal waitress. She saw to all my knees. My drink barely got down to halfway, and she was there with a fresh one. My coffee barely got down halfway, and she was there with a fresh one. She kept the vanilla cream flowing, and my food was typing hot and extremely tasty and well-made.

Ordered a full pie from this location through DoorDash and they only sent a slice of pie while still charging me nearly $20 dollars. Tried to call this location to explain to them my frustration of now having to wait a whole week for my refund (thank God DoorDash is refunding the full amount) but after calling four separate times and spending a combined total of nearly 30 minutes on hold, no one will answer the phone. Please pay attention to orders.

Absolutely everything was wonderful. My wife had the burger and pie special. And I had SOS. The waiter was especially wonderful
