Hi I had come to Pizza Hut to order two pickups of 2 pieces. First of all I was there a lady. She was helping me. She told me that you have to wait for 15 minutes or 10 minutes. After that I waited there for 15 minutes. After that a worker came to me with my two orders. He said customer name, I had two orders of 2 pieces. They were not the same as each other but they were similar. But he said fast pass so I told him to repeat it again then he shouted at me very loudly and spoke angrily and took the back and put it back upside down and also abused me. This was also not good at all He abused me, spoke rudely to me, and told me to get out of here, but you can check your cameras. It's not my fault, so I'll file a police report. He also harassed me because I waited there very lovingly, because it was my time. I not only waited there, I sat there, and everything, but he insulted me so much, even though there were other workers there. He spoke to me very nicely before, but since he was in a bad mood, he wouldn't spoil my mood. Do you understand? You can check your cameras to see if it's my fault or the worker's, but he's not well behaved at all. Don't hire a worker who sends you to your store and doesn't even bring customers here. I won't pick up your orders in the future, but I know. It doesn't matter to me. But such one-by-ones will make a huge difference to you. You should hire good workers. Please don't hire such rude workers! Please, I request you not to hire workers who behave rudely with customers. We are also employees. We have never behaved rudely with them before. Please pay attention to this matter. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love their pizza, prefer Papa Johns, but Pizza Huts pizza is still great. Their kitchen is usually very quick and consistent... And deliveries are taken care of well, even though the tips are usually horrible... Especially after driving say 12 minutes with a $65 order and getting nothing. So basically the drivers lose money delivering it. Would one really not tip their waiter/waitress, really? We need to tip them better! And tip the front workers as well. But all in all, a great location. And it seems like they keep things pretty darn clean back there too.

I unfortunately picked the busiest time to order for pickup but that didn't affect the quality of the food. The staff being very busy were still helpful and in great spirits though they all were working during the Superbowl. Great job Pizza Hut!!

I tried three different cards to pay for my order on line. None of them went through. Everytime I try to order on the website it causes me issues. I really can't be that dumb that there is in issue evr]erytime. They can't give me credit on my account if I call in, so I have to fight the website. I like getting credit towards a free pizza but I am about to go to some other pizza place.

Gotten delivery. They forgot our wings and then called us to let us know they didn’t want to send out another person to deliver them. Left us on hold for 22:33 we had to call off another phone to make sure they didn’t forget we were on hold. Said we should get a refunded but the person talking didn’t sound so sure. I’ll be calling tomorrow to make sure I get my refund for the 24 wing we were missing. Sub par food. Awful service. Awful customer service. Tonight reminded why I haven’t ordered from them for 6 months. Never again.

It is so bad I want to rate it a zero, but that's possible so I rate it a 1. Awful staff, very rude. I was talked down to and when I told the guy with glasses that the pizza was wrong, he loudly yelled 'Jesus Christ' and told me to show him my receipt. Cold pizza "fresh" from the oven. I would not recommend to anyone

The whole establishment is unprofessional and rude. I was ordering for my mom and felt as if I was the problem when they clearly didn’t understand anything from the address to the order. I will be filing a corporate complaint for the rudeness I experienced from Fredrick who hung up on me claiming to be a supervisor
