I unfortunately picked the busiest time to order for pickup but that didn't affect the quality of the food. The staff being very busy were still helpful and in great spirits though they all were working during the Superbowl. Great job Pizza Hut!!

Busy hour for these guys but they crushed it. Food was great
I tried three different cards to pay for my order on line. None of them went through. Everytime I try to order on the website it causes me issues. I really can't be that dumb that there is in issue evr]erytime. They can't give me credit on my account if I call in, so I have to fight the website. I like getting credit towards a free pizza but I am about to go to some other pizza place.

Gotten delivery. They forgot our wings and then called us to let us know they didn’t want to send out another person to deliver them. Left us on hold for 22:33 we had to call off another phone to make sure they didn’t forget we were on hold. Said we should get a refunded but the person talking didn’t sound so sure. I’ll be calling tomorrow to make sure I get my refund for the 24 wing we were missing. Sub par food. Awful service. Awful customer service. Tonight reminded why I haven’t ordered from them for 6 months. Never again.

It is so bad I want to rate it a zero, but that's possible so I rate it a 1. Awful staff, very rude. I was talked down to and when I told the guy with glasses that the pizza was wrong, he loudly yelled 'Jesus Christ' and told me to show him my receipt. Cold pizza "fresh" from the oven. I would not recommend to anyone

The whole establishment is unprofessional and rude. I was ordering for my mom and felt as if I was the problem when they clearly didn’t understand anything from the address to the order. I will be filing a corporate complaint for the rudeness I experienced from Fredrick who hung up on me claiming to be a supervisor

Very upset with our experience through ordering online. We ordered delivery online and made sure to change the address to our home. It ended up not getting delivered to my home but to my work. So for one the website glitched. We then proceeded to call the store and someone told us our food would be taken care of and delivered in 30 minutes to the correct address that we AGAIN told them. While we feel as though our problem became resolved it DID NOT. We waited and waited and proceeded to call again and they informed us that they had supposedly closed at 12 pm and were having technical difficulties and that they cancelled our order. They did not call me to let me know this so while we’re here waiting for food we didn’t know our order got cancelled. Not our first occurrence for this to happen and just VERY VERY poor service.

I got a pretty good taco pizza from them, made EXACTLY the way I requested, hot, ready & with added salsa I had no idea about. Only a star off as their online order leaves a place to write special instructions, yet doesn’t leave you enough room; only issue. Will order again IF still living here.

Pizza was not kept warm during delivery. When I received it, it felt as warm as a pizza that had been sitting out for hours. The driver did not speak a single word to me, but was on his phone in an unrecognized language the entire time. Given he didn't say a single word to me, the pizza hadn't been kept warm, this added to an overall bad experience. I wouldn't care about the rudeness of the driver if he had kept my pizza warm.
Horrible service. Took over two hours to get everything we ordered not to mention either the driver or the person making the pizza took a slice. The driver dropped our pizza off but forgot the pop, said they would be right back with it over an hour later and after calling 3 or 4 times they still didn't know what was going on with the driver or our pizza getting ate. Will not ever order from this location again.

Excellent service and pizza made exactly to order.... It's the delivery I have issues with. When it's a PH driver... No problems. When it's Door Dash.... They almost always get lost.

I order from this location all the time. Ordered a large super supreme stuff crust pizza on 6/11/24 there was hardly any sauce nor cheese. I called and they told me to bring the pizza back. When I brought it back they looked at it and said there was cheese on it. I don’t know how they were able to see it with all the toppings on it but when I bit into a slice you could clearly tell there was no cheese.
