This place is orders are consistently wrong should have had two legs and a thigh or 2 thigh and a leg and are supposed to have been spicy instead they gave me regular and wings instead of legs check your orders

My brother ordered mobile take-out. He had to wait 30 minutes for it to come out. Then he still had to asks for stuff they forgot. I will never be back to this location because of the wait times. It's not the first time that's happened to me here.

Use to come here weekly and now both last experiences have been awful the wings have been so dry cant even eat them very disappointed and won't be coming back anytime soon

Didnt get what I wanted spent over 30.00 dollars only to bring it home and sit in frig. Wanted just a meal with wings ..2 meals exactly alike is what me and my husband wanted and they gave us 2 full chicken meals and told us that's all we have to give you wings unless you order ghost pepper flavor ... and then she said but I can work something out if you only want wings but she didn't and so got stuck with meals I didn't want and now refund or coupons or I'm sorry ....NOTHING.... will not go back to my local Popeyes again !!

I had placed a mobile order & had my person pick it up for me , he was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes & 2 people had on the headset so he pulls forward to the window and turn around had to wait 15 more minutes on chicken , we didn’t get the right food we wanted and they told him they ran out of macaroni and gave up these lil red beans and rice when I had ordered a large macaroni!! please do better .

As a few other comments say, don't order here through any delivery service.

They purposely leave out items to save money. Then try to accuse delivery drivers of stealing when confronted about it. Scammers.

I'm scare eat at any Popeyes last time I was at a Popeyes which was like 5 years ago I saw a mice and never wanted nobody's Popeyes chicken

Stopped tonight to grab something before heading home after work, ordered at the drive through, we were told they were waiting for fries we needed to pull to the parking lot. After waining half an hour (our receipt said we ordered at 7:45, and they brought the bag to the car at 8:12) our food finally came out. When we got home. As short drive, everything was cold and there were hardly any cold fried in the bag, which was alright because they were not worth eating, but the dogs thought they were alright. My two piece chicken eas cold, bo butter or anything for the dry biscuit, (again the dogs did not mind) and no fork for the cold slaw. Also no napkins. Talk about really trying to cut costs! My husband ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich, no spice at all, I suppose that is a good thing g since the dogs got that too.

Basically we went there for supper, and after an unreasonably long.wait for a fast food joint it was so bad we would not eat it a d fry it to our dogs......we ordered pizza.

If you do door dash don't pick up orders from here. I delivered a order for a lady and they forgot her Chicken in the order. We i delivered it the lady said they had forgotten here Chicken so I called the store to see what we could do. The manger blamed me for then not putting the chicken in the bag and she fought me for like 2 minutes on it. Don't deliver or order from this place.
