My friend and I each ordered the Ultimate Feast: 4 different seafood options from a list along with two side dishes. I had grilled scallops, Maine lobster tail, Parrot Coconut Shrimp, and Garlic Shrimp Scampi. Plus their delicious cheddar biscuits. Dragon shrimp appetizer. It was all delicious and well-cooked. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and very pleasant.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheel chair accessible.
Not very busy but took too long to get food. Melted butter for lobster was spilled on the tray and no offer to replace. Sides were missing. Steak was tough. Lobster rubbery. Never got offered for more biscuits, dine in quest are offered unlimited biscuits. If I return to red lobster it will not be this place.

Watched others with larger groups seated before us. That stunk but, whatever, it's Saturday night, 6:15pm. Asked for new silverware as the knife had food stuck to it. Waitress said "Groody". I agreed. Watched people seated after us get their food before us. That was irritating. Food showed up after an hour and forty minutes, minus the plain Caesar salad I'd ordered. Well, the waitress said there wasn't enough room on her tray for it. Okay. Watched others, cooked food, get served to people seated well after us, get their cooked food while my Cesar didn't show up. Plain Cesar salad, no meat. How does a meal that doesn't require being cooked show up well after everyone's seafood, pasta and burger? Later it appeared but I had excused myself already and hit up McDonald's drive thru as everyone was almost done with their meals, all of which was either cold, hard (the burger) or chewy (linguini) and only edible because they were starving. We were a party of 5. Never again.Gave one star but didn't deserve that.
honestly if i could give it a 0 for this time i would. we came in and ordered our food, the waiter forgot damn near everything n had other staff members getting out stuff, he didn't check on us once beside at the very end when we were visibly upset. now everything started goin wrong about an hour after ordering our food. nothing had come out yet but ppl around us that got there way after us were gettin their food. then the chowder came and the salad nd calamari then another hour went by an at that point we had to go we had other things to do and after almost 2 hrs n still no main meal that's ridiculous. they gave us 2 pieces of cake and 20% off the bill but honestly a full refund is what we should have got. still paid $70 for sitting for 2 hrs, barley any food, terrible service, no straws, no refills n got home to realize half our stuff was wrong anyways. extremely disappointed because this is one of my fav places to go and splurge a little but we definitely will not be coming back here ever again. id recommend longhorn down the road at that point cuz that's exactly what i plan on goin next time!

Food was fantastic, our server was terriffic! The only issue I had was the cost. It seems as though somewhere between our last visit and last night's visit the prices have gone up about $10+ a meal. Though I expect this to happen from time to time and we have no issue with paying for a good meal, it just caught me off guard and was the only reason I didn't give 5⭐️ rating.
