Have been a loyal customer since day one have had all food on menu and drinks always excited when something new comes out donut holes r the best. Keep doing what ur doing you guys at the Waterloo location r way better than the other two coffee shops. And the manager and the staff could not b any better

I do not like how they have people standing outside with tablets now. Just went through and decided to go to Cabin Coffee instead. I am Autistic and the employees just kept asking us questions while I already had what I wanted in mind, they literally stared us down when we asked them to back off for a minute and both proceeded to stand in front of the driver side door while we looked at menu so we left. Scooters was my favorite place but I'm not going somewhere that practically harasses you when you just wanted to order breakfast. Never again am I going here. Definitely very upsetting that they act like Chic Fil A now with the dumb tablets and such
I always get an iced caramelisious with oat milk and cold foam. The price is high, but the quality is grand.

I come for the Iced Turtles Lattes, but I keep coming back daily because of the wonderful staff who work here at this specific location. Better than Starbucks products and staff by millions of miles!! Pricing, coffee, food, rewards programs, cleanliness of the shop, it's all immaculate. I absolutely love this place. -Sunny
