A+ service dog experience. As they should, the staff completely ignored my service dog. - No disability parking spaces or door openers. + Great tenderloin and friendly service.

Worse service ever! $32+ on 3 Miller lite draft and 2 single 1800. Tried charging $3 for on the rocks each... you need to kick rocks.....

This place was an absolute nightmare. I sat at the bar for a couple of cocktails after a hard day, servers running around complaining, customers complaining food is old and tastes rotten. Got sprite sprayed at me from the fountain gun, long wait for food. Owner asked me if I “wanted a discount” after sitting for a half hour with a shirt soaked in sprite. Beware, I wouldn’t feed this food to my worst enemy. Would give a zero if possible.

Visiting the area from Colorado. Being total outsiders in what we perceived to be a locals establishment. The wait staff/bar staff completely erased that stigma in the first few minutes we were there. The owners and staff were so friendly. The customers engaged us in conversation. The food was outstanding. Glad we went and hope to get back some day. I recommend this place to all.

Service was great, our waitress was super nice and patient with us bringing in four rowdy boys. The 'grilled' buffalo chicken wrap was nothing but boiled chicken on a tortilla warmed up with lettuce, tomato and cheese with a dash of franks hot sauce. Definitely NOT grilled chicken nor buffalo. We ordered the boys a cheese pizza, $17 for a frozen pizza with added cheese essentially. The appetizer sampler was a good size, but fried food is fried food. Will not be back. It's sad because I really enjoyed this place in my younger years and it is as really good food back then.

My daughter and I were in town to visit family and friends. We gathered with three friends on Friday, 26 May, to enjoy dinner . Four of us had the pork tenderloin sandwich and one had the Reuben. We also had a side salad, and we shared a large order of onion rings. Everything was delicious. Casual, laid back atmosphere. Service from our waitress was great, and she even took a photo for us! I don't know when I'll get back to Waterloo, but Southtown will definitely be on my list.
