This is a very convenient location when you’re out shopping in the Waterloo area. I stopped there today around 1:30 PM and ordered a tall, hot cinnamon dolce latte and a slice of their banana walnut loaf. My drink was perfect, and the banana bread was very tasty. I had requested for the bread to be heated up, but it wasn’t very warm when I got it. There were no cars in the parking lot and no other vehicles in line at the drive-through , so I was a little disappointed with how long it took to give me my drink, but I understand that they probably move slower when there isn’t a rush. Thank you for my afternoon pick me up!

The girl that was serving me was super sweet and they got the drink to me pretty quick. However I think she was new and completely got my order wrong. I had asked for a sea salt iced latte (which she said they don’t officially have it rn but could still make it) I was excited until I got handed a mocha with camel drizzle and salt. Normally it’s not a huge deal when my order is wrong but I don’t like mocha and it tends to make me sick, so I wasn’t able to drink my $8 dollar drink. Just a bit disappointed.
