Three stars because they gave me a bunch of free used coffee grounds for my garden. BUT BIG downside: they DO NOT ACCEPT star rewards at this Hy-Vee, Waterloo, IA location. They told me they don't have the system set up for it.

This honestly was probably my best experience at a Starbucks ever. Manager was professional.

The woman who was making the coffee today was terrible. She has blue tattoos on her face and had no clue how to work. 5 people in line and she is chatting with her peers. Waited for my coffe for 20 minutes before i asked for a refund. She didnt know how so she gave me whatever was made of my coffee. It was not a carmel mach like i wanted. No flavor. So i waited for 20 minutes for a terrible tasting coffee and the barrista with the face tattoos was very rude

I always get the same beverage at every Starbucks, and this time, I was told I couldn’t get it the way I wanted it because “that’s not how they do that”. The drink was also VERY bitter compared to normal. Least favorite Starbucks location.

The wine and spirts section is great and multiple tastings Going on. A few times by offering this we bought something we didn't plan on. Also the store is very clean and the employees are great! The only thing that took the review down was the Chinese food wasn't fresh both times we went. Don't think we will try it again for a while
