My husband and I got lunch to-go today and I really appreciate that they put all of our food in a bag, with spoons and chips for our soup and napkins without us having to ask. They really very fast and welcoming. Sometimes, it’s the little things that go a long ways.

The workers are very rude to their customers. And over I'm not friendly at all? I would say if you would like to go to a sub City go to the one on the West side of town.

They cut the meat for your sandwich as you watch, as well as slicing the cheese fresh. I had the BBQ pork special and could not think of what to have on it. The guy behind the counter said, "we have cole slaw if you'd like"--great suggestion. Soup, sandwiches, including a veggie one, were all great. Love that this is not a national chain, and that the meats are fresh cut. And everyone behind the counter was super friendly, and seemed to take an ownership in the place.
