Very rude lady up front, was mocking me for my hispanic accent, rudely threw the sandwich on counter top, will never ever go back there again. If you are hispanic you shouldn't either so this lady dont have a change to mock you over your accent.

I had a great experience at this Subway location! I placed an order online, but when I arrived, the employee took the time to double check my preferences with me. He noticed that some of the usual customization options weren’t available through the app and wanted to make sure I still got exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the extra care and attention—great customer service goes a long way! The sandwiches were perfect, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

We were on our way out of town and needed to grab a quick bite. Stopped in at our local place and were greeted with the attitude of being a burden. When I asked a question, I was treated with an irritated attitude and as if time was being wasted. I don't know what the issue was that day, but customers deserve to be respected. And that was definitely not what happened.

Stopped to get breakfast when it was pouring rain and the place was empty. Parked with the other two employees cars and when I walked in the door I was told I can’t park there. So I left and will not be coming back again. This locations staff has never been great either.

I came here with my wife 01/13/25 and parked in the pickup spot, there is no cars in the parking lot. Came inside and got told I need to move my car by the workers, I said fine I will. I came back inside and am waiting on waiting to make my order. The people making an order said oh we stared another order. As far as I recall people that are in the store are more important and they should be served first. If you order online you should have an eta on when you want it done. I was a shift lead at a fast food restaurant and that is how it is across The board I also worked at subway at a different location and we took care of the people inside before online orders do better.

Today me and my wife picked up an order from here and it was a decent sized order so we needed a lot of napkins. Instead of pulling them out one by one we simply grabbed a stack but we were abruptly stopped by a woman who claimed to be the "owner" and she proceeded to scream at us like we were children. I've never met a more ill-mannered owner/manager/employee in my entire life. Regardless of what their policy was on taking napkins, there are certain ways to come across professionally and we were met with extreme hostility. She stated the we "will never take napkins like that again" and went on a tangent yelling about how wrong we were. I will never come back to this Subway. Be careful about this "owner" because you will be met with the same hostility if she catches you doing something she thinks is slightly wrong.
Dining are not clean, floor very dirty. The philly beef meat was tough and the chicken salad was not very good.

Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the heavier set middle aged white gal (can't give name as name Tag was blank) was rude and not paying attention to what I'd said, my sandwiches were both made wrong, I didn't have my cheese and I didn't have 75% of my sauces and I had peppers that I didn't want and that's just one of my sandwiches, the other one was missing onions and neither were toasted as requested, I will not be eating here again as I'm very upset about the service I received here today
