I stopped in with my mom to eat lunch while her husband was having surgery. We walked in and ordered our food on the kiosks. Selected that we wanted to pay in case. Entered name and hit the last steps til the screen went back to the beginning. Stood at the counter for a bit to pay for food and no one came. They looked at me saw me there but did not come up so I can pay. So we went sit down thinking maybe we'd pay when they called us for our order. We sat there watching everyone in the drive thru get all their food and the one mobile order. After 20 min of sitting and watching cars come and go we just left. That's the issue with the kiosk it takes away all customer service. And makes employees think they really don't have to help the customers.

Excellent food and outstanding customer service. Trinette was working the drive thru, hands down the best customer service (this goes for all establishments I've dined at in the last year) I've seen in quite awhile!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. They messed up on two orders and wouldn't remake the second order. When I bought the second order in to be remade they told me they would have it done in 5 minutes. After wating for a half hour I addressed Lacy Beck about the progress of that order and she responded saying she can't remake an order without a ticket but she already took the receipt then threatened to call the cops because we wouldnt leave the store. We showed proof that Taco Bell put the wrong receipts on the bag of each order. Lacy Beck said we could of easily switched them and opened the bag. I then showed her the messages from the coustomer proving we didn't open the bag and that they (Taco Bell) messed up.

I pick up orders for my customers, when I got up to the drive thru, the woman told me that they are closed for the night because they were busy and had no food at all!!! Its weird how they had no food at all you close at 2:00am and open at 7:00am I came at 1:50am the food should have been ready for me to pick up for my customer. But I guess the owners for the company came in and bought out all the food so no one can have any by the time they open at 7:00am right lol haha ? I know they were closing soon but they could of just been honest and say we didn’t have time to make your customers order cuz we were busy tonight and apologized for it then you would of got my respect but you don’t have to lie that you had no food, they just didn’t wanted to make the order cuz they wanted to go home I understand that, but next time be honest with people and not lie sincerely YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR DRIVERS

Last time I come here. Get somebody at the desk. Where's the menu I can look at? I shouldn't have to come and look through this computer and order my food myself. Get it together. Self checkout I'm good. Nice people and food but you won't be getting my business anymore.

It's Taco Bell people. I always go through the drive thru before work at night. It's always fast and cheap. The service is friendly. What more do you want?!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel this is appropriate. I have gone to this Taco Bell several times now as it is on my way home. Tonight I wish I hadn’t. I had an order for 5 people that almost all wanted to customize their food, so I decided to do the order on app and pick up in store. As to ensure each was ordered correctly. I ordered several taco supremes each had different things on them for each person. I also ordered 3 burritos no modifications, and a quesadilla and a few chips. After waiting nearly 30 minutes after arriving I went inside and grabbed my food. Not one of the probably 5 people working said a word but rather just starred at me as I grabbed my bags. Once getting in the car the kids wanted their food. So I started handing it out. Only to realize I had things in my bags that I did not order along with several things missing. I went back in and showed my receipt and explained what was missing. I was very polite about it and stated its an honest mistake and no real worries. I was called a liar by a gentleman because “ dawg you lyin I know I put that in there.” I was missing 2 orders of nachos and a taco. I showed them the extra stuff I did not order and again politely explained I have kids that just want their food. They threw the nachos in a bag and slammed it on the counter. Again I asked them for the taco and they proceeded to call me a liar so I walked out to the car put all the food back into the bag and walked in again. I laid everything out on the counter with the receipt never once looking or sounding frustrated. Said please, thank you and assured them I was not upset I just wanted the food I paid for. If looks could kill this man would have been without a doubt in some trouble. After throwing my food around and counting without a single word they got what I was missing. I thanked them and went back to the car. Leaving the lot I again handed out food. All the tacos that I paid extra for supreme were all regular tacos. The burritos were also missing most of the ingredients. But life goes on and kids ate food that they didn’t want. It appears that after the Burger King a crossed the street close the same rude sloppy workers just switched to this side of the road. Several good experiences prior to this were thrown right out the window with this visit (along with a few of the cold sloppy tacos) I most definitely will be going back because it’s convenient, but I hope management takes a good look at this place and figures out that the reason the BK closed was because of this same type of service.
